    Great set!

    I love the bottles. I love the minimal use of plastic. Compostable wrappers are great. I love that we aren’t shipping huge bottles and large quantities of “maybe recyclable.” I love that this is a great reusable option. I usually use doTerra handsoap, and have for a long time, but needed to find something cheaper and loved the idea of tablets. The smells are good, and not too strong. It foams really well, maybe a little too well for my 5 year old that loves to get extra pumps! I am very sensitive to soaps in general. I develop a rash with a lot of the more natural ones, and have had no issues with these. We have gone through 3 tablets of our set and have nothing but good things to say. The little storage tin is cute.

    Amazing product!

    Out of all the environmentally friendly soaps I have tried, this one is my new favorite go to product! I ordered the 2 refillable glass dispensers that come with a cute container of different samples of various scents and love it. The scents I’m currently using are very pleasant but what’s really important to me is the fact that this soap feels very soft and cleans well. Otter ones I tried don’t lather up and didn’t make my hands feel clean at all. But this soap is fantastic! The packaging is fully recyclable and the soap is environmentally safe and sound. I’m so glad to have read the many positive reviews here and compared them with other brands before wasting money on them and instead found the best refillable, climate friendly soap that will be the only one I use from here on out. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed!

    Love the look and smell of the product but both pumps broke within a few uses – hoping to get replacements but not sure how these will fair as seems to be a common problem

    Not good at cutting oil.

    It’s a great bathroom soap, or if you just need to wash your hands in a general way. But it’s not a great kitchen sink soap–leaves hands oily, even after washing twice. The bottles are beautiful, tho.

    Great Soap Awful Dispenser

    Really like the idea behind this product. The soap is wonderful, smells great, cleans well, cost effective and better for the world.When it can be dispensed.The dispenser does not work consistently. Troubleshooting on their website does not work (never though I’d read troubleshooting for a soap dispenser). The team sent out replacement parts and the exact same problem occurs.Customer service is great, love the vision of the company, really like the soap but it’s unusable. Get a different dispenser but do buy the soap!

    Coconut smell great, but…

    Update: I have ditched this brand altogether. Their soap feels and smells nice, but it does not function properly in the foaming dispenser because it continuously clogs up the filter. The soap doesn’t fully dissolve and then leaves floaties in the bottle. Those floaties travel through the dispenser and break it. I replaced the filter with the provided ones and it still wouldn’t work. I bought a new dispenser from a store that has been putting out foaming soaps for years.. and it broke within days.Sad because I’d really like to use this product.OG post: I’ve been using this for days, and love the soap… But the dispenser is faulty. On the third day, one of the dispensers is already clogged up and not functioning properly. I’ll have to replace the pump already, which is really unfortunate.The other pump is going strong… But for how long?

    I’m digging this

    I prefer foaming or bar hand soap. The lotion-y type ones make my hands feel oily. I’m also always looking for affordable ways to reduce plastic with a product that will get the job done. So far, these soap dispensers and the tablets look like it’s going to fit my criteria for permanent replacement. There is no residue after rinsing your hands, the scent is pleasant and not overwhelming, one squirt works well for a normal hand wash, and the pump seems like it’s pretty sturdy. The refill tin is also attractive and has a good seal, I only wish it were large enough to hold 24 (since the multi scent refill is a 24 count). All in all, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and am now eyeing the cleaning products.Edit: So I apparently did not hit send, which is good since my review is changing. Love the soap still. Love the bottle still. Hate the pump. Both pumps have failed in a two-ish month period. First one to fail was the one in my kitchen, which gets much less use than the one in my bathroom. The one in the bathroom failed a week later. And by fail, I mean completely locked up, you can’t even get the pump to go down. I’m going to try to suss out how to “clean the filter”, which seems to be how a lot of reviewers have solved the problem. I’m just not entirely sure that a clogged filter would completely and suddenly lock the pump handle.

    Soap tablets great/ dispenser pump broke after a couple of months.

    Bought these trying to be more green, which was then ruined by the pump on both bottles breaking after a couple of months use. Soap was coming out everywhere bar the spout. Glass went in recycle bin and pump in normal bin. Ended up being a wasteful buy- totally opposite of what I bought it for.

    Soap itself is great, but the “reusable” bottles? Not so much.

    I bought this set a couple months ago. At first, I was loving this set — the scents smelled great, I loved the minimalist design of the glass bottle, I loved that I was reusing soap dispensers…. until I couldn’t. I only got through 12 refills (2 packs of 6 tablets, or one refill pack after this one) when BOTH soap dispenser pumps stopped working properly. If you want to invest in a “reusable product” that you can only reuse a for a couple months — then this is for you. If you want a “reusable product” that actually lasts long enough ot be considered “reusable” — look somewhere else. I reused a PLASTIC, generic brand foam soap dispenser for almost 8 months last year, but this glass one DESIGNED to be sustainable barely lasts 2? I’m frustrated!

    Quality product, Good Customer Service

    It’s a nice looking soap dispenser, the soap smells nice, and the tablets are more convenient and better for the environment than soap refills. After a few months of use the pump started to clog up, which isn’t great, but that’s also been my experience with other foaming soap pumps. When I took it apart to try and unclog it, the plastic ball that acts as a one way valve went down the drain. That sucks, but not the end of the world.I knew I could replace the pump altogether, but considering all I needed was a new ball, I decided to just replace the ball, to save money and reduce plastic waste. I reached out to Tirtyl to find out what the diameter on the ball is, and they responded a few hours later saying it’s 4mm in diameter.I’m so used to terrible customer service that I was expecting their customer service would betray their commitment to sustainability, by saying that I’d need to replace the whole pump. The fact that I got a straight answer so quickly is really great.I replaced it with a 4mm plastic balls I bought on AliExpress and so far it’s worked perfectly.

    Disappointment

    I ordered the two bottle pack, none of them are working. The tablets when dissolved are not foaming properly, even if I poured to another foam dispenser, and to be honest they have only a very faint scent. I am gutted, as I wanted to find a more environmental-friendly option, than plastic bottles, but I had to returned them.

    Pump stopped working. No way to get a replacement other than to return whole set.Updated:There are replacement filters in the tin and there is a YouTube video about maintaining the pump. Apparently it’s an issue for all brands. They will send out free pumps when you order refills through them.
