Unbelievable trimmer, must have for all men
I wasn’t sure how good this nose trimmer would be since my Wahl trimmer was ok but took awhile before it did a satisfactory job. I was hoping this would be different and believe me it was !!! The very first use I bet it didn’t take 10-15 seconds per each nostril and the hair was gone. It was like I said in my subject headline, ” Unbelievable!!” I rarely write reviews due to the time and interests in doing so but with this device I felt like I should. No tugging, accidental cutting, or any discomfort whatsoever. Just put it in and feel nostril hair free nirvana. I know that might be a little overstating this but when you have used many different devices from Wahl to even the ones from, ” As Seen on TV,” it’s great to finally find a device that isn’t nosey enough to trim away my problem.

This unit does a fantastic job, but I often need to open it up and take the batteries out in order to turn it off.The on/off button did not work well since the day I opened the package. I don’t usually mess with sending small items back. I just never purchase from the manufacturer again.However, it is so sturdy and well assembled -compared to the others I’d purchased- I decided to keep it. (minus the switch, of course).Mine might be one of the rare ones that have a slight problem, so I can’t say it is a bad product.It does a phenomenal job so far (three months in) and is strong compared to all the others I have tried over the years.It is sad that the quality control was not more astute for this company.A great product that should have 5 stars if it arrived in perfect working order (as it should since I sent perfect spending money to buy it). Best trimmer I’ve used
I hate the small linear cutters. I always managed to get bit by those while doing my nose. In fact, IMO, those are barely useful for anything but IDK, eyebrows or something. This rotary style works much better for me.This trimmer has the power to not bog down in sensitive locations and has pretty good battery life. It is also easier for my man mitts to hold on to being not dainty.For me, the light is sort of pointless where it’s at. I can’t see up my schnoz while pointing the business end in the same direction. Maybe a side mounted LED with a separate on/off button/switch so I can hold the trimmer perpendicular to my nose cavities to get the light a little closer to see what needs to go. Maybe it’s just operator incompetence.All previous trimmers I’ve had have been canned shortly after purchase, or have frustrated me to no end. Six months after my first use of the TTPWRHDNHT, I am still satisfied with it. I recommend this if you know the trouble with trimmers. However YMMV.

Does the Job, Best Customer Support
This trimmer works very well. It was purchased in 2018. In 2021 it began to make a grinding sound and was not cutting well at all. I figured the blade needed to be changed, even though the trimmer is not used very often.I went to the paper work I got with the unit (I save everything) to see what blade to order and noticed a paper inside that said lifetime warranty, call/email if there are any issues. I saw no info on new blades. So I thought I would email Toilet Tree and see if I could get a new blade.Thinking that the company would be out of business by now or that they would give me the standard, “wear and tear” line, I was pleasantly surprised.I sent an email to Toilet Tree describing the issue and asking them to please advise. The next day I received an email from Toilet Tree asking me for a mailing address so they could send me a new product. No questions asked, no pictures etc. I did not even have to send the old one back.The next day I received another email with a tracking number, telling me the new trimmer was on its way.That is superior customer service. This company stands behind their products. Obviously the product will not last forever, but by replacing it when it breaks, it technically does last forever. 🙂 You cannot miss if you buy this product. It does not get any better then that.

I owned this trimmer for 6 years before it stopped working, which I thought was a reasonable lifespan. When I went to buy another, I couldn’t find any alternatives that matched my two favorite features: its ease of cleaning and the built-in light. So, I decided to purchase the same model again. While browsing the product page, I noticed it had a lifetime warranty. I emailed the company and received a response within 10 minutes, directing me to fill out a warranty claim form. I submitted the form, and just 10 minutes later, my claim was approved. The replacement arrived at my door within 3 business days. I’m incredibly impressed by the outstanding service and the quality of the product itself. I wish all my purchases came with this level of customer care and focus. I highly recommend this product and the company behind it.

Overall great, but rubberized exterior has a tendency to break down over time
Overall the trimmer is great! It just has one minor flaw. I’ve purchased this several times before either due to accidentally dropping and breaking it (obviously my fault) or due to the soft/grippy exterior breaking down (as seen in the photo). I’ve had other nose trimmers in the past and so far this one has been my favorite. So, given the cost, I’ve simply bought it again. The reason is because it does a great job trimming in a painless and snag-free way. It’s also very compact and easy to travel with (since it comes with a cap).Pro tip: That button is easily depressed in your luggage. So, if you’re traveling with it, remember to remove at least 1 battery! Otherwise, you may end up casually waiting in the airport when, suddenly, a very suspicious buzzing sound begins emanating from an oddly cylindrically shaped object that you’ll have to shamefully turn off before you board.

I have been using this trimmer for six years. Still works great. Still cut well the hairs.It’s very solidly built. Very easy to thoroughly clean the blade section.I like that it’s not using a non-removable rechargeable battery. When the batteries of these devices are dead, the device is bound for the recycling facilities and you have to buy another device. (Lot of waste.)I have always used the same rechargeable Ni-MH batteries to power it. They are still working A1.The only very minor flaw of the device is the led light which doesn’t appropriately light the area of the hairs we are aiming to cut. No big deal since I can see the area well enough anyway.After having tried a few other brands over the years, I am so satisfied with the Toilettree device that if it was to stop working, after more than 6 years of use, I would most surely buy a new one instead of claiming a replacement under their lifetime warranty.Thanks a lot to the manufacturer for this very well designed product.
