I no longer have to be disappointed in towels.
My hair is long. It is too long. It is down to my thighs and could use a nice trim. As I am sure you can imagine, trying to wrap my hair up with a “normal” towel doesn’t work very well – the ends stick out and drip everywhere. When I do get my hair tied up, then I have to worry about it falling off my head. Ugh. 🙄The Turbie Twist mostly solves those issues. My hair is still annoyingly long, but it’s easier to wrap up – and the elastic band I tuck the end into holds the towel comfortably in place. I can do what I need to do without having to be careful.The only issue I have with the towel is that I wish the tail was sewn a few inches up to make a “cup” that you can put the ends of your hair into, but I realize that not everyone has hair as long as mine. I do have a needle and thread, though, so I might see if I can do that myself. :)The shower cap is such a cute touch, and I love the silky fabric over the waterproof lining.

Both Very Useful Items
Both the head towel wrap and shower cap are very useful items. The shower cap is big enough for the average head, not absolutely enormous like others I have seen. It’s simple to use. The head towel is so nice to use. When it’s damp, hot weather and the type of towel I use normally is not completely dry, it’s good to have this backup to quickly wrap around my wet hair. It will also feel good in the winter when, although the furnace is running, the bathroom can still feel a bit chilly when first stepping out of the shower.

Great Quaility
The Turbie Twist Deluxe Wet Dry Set is a nice little set that comes with both a microfiber towel and a shower cap. I ordered this primarily for the microfiber towel. I have thick hair which takes a long time to dry so I always wrap it first in a microfiber towel to absorb as much moisture as possible. I’ve bought many over the years and have found 2 that actually work well. Well, add this one to that list! It works. And, it is also shaped like a cap to put on and wrap and tuck the ends into the little elastic loop on the back which is different than the others I have. The shower cap is cute and looks to be good quality also. I recommend this set and will order again for gifts.

It does such a great job of removing the excess moisture from my gurl hair, and it does it so gently. I’m really good a turban twisting a traditional towel, but this one is so much lighter in weight, plus it has an elastic band to hold the end of the twist in place while you go get other things done. I’m not sure why I resisted getting one of these for so long. The kit comes with one towel and one shower cap for the non-wash days. Super happy with this kit and wish I bought it sooner. Happy hair care!

The Turbie Twist was the original hair towel on the scene. I grew up using them. They are awesome for helping dry my hair gently and quickly while keeping hair out of my face when getting ready for the day or doing my skincare. The material is soft and absorbent, and I spend less time blow drying after using it. As an added bonus, the beige color matches my other towels and looks like it’s part of the towel set.The shower cap is precisely what I need to keep moisture and splashes out of my hair on the days I don’t wash it. It helps protect my blowout from becoming frizzy, and I notice a big difference on the days I don’t put it on before I shower. It makes my hairstyles last longer so I don’t need to wash my hair as often. The inside is plastic, and the outside is a cute leopard print.This set would make a great gift or a treat for yourself. It’s an amazing value too – each piece breaks down to less than five bucks at the time of review.

Turby twist deluxe sweat dry set
These are in keeping with the current price point. The quality is decent for both. The towel and shower cap work as they should. This is the first towel I have used that didn’t have a button or some sort of closure it goes in through an elastic. I like the microfiber towel for drying my hair as I can keep it out of my face and let it dry.
