This Tyrrel Professional Oxireduct Thermal Hair Alignment Treatment, with Amino Acids, Rice Protein and Panthenol, 4.05 fl oz 120ml is nice for smoothing my hair. I decided to try this as part of my curly hair refresh routine, smoothing some over my damp hair and then adding a bit more later to my dry hair. It worked well to help reduce frizziness that sometimes comes on refresh days especially with the high humidity we have had lately. I rarely use a strainer or curling iron on my type 2B wavy hair but I do diffuse on wash days so look forward to trying this before diffusing to see how my hair comes out then.I like that this product doesn’t contain the ingredients that are known to not be great for healthy hair and instead includes products that help me maintain my waves and curls.

Good treatment, but the packaging could be better
I was pleased with how this thermal hair alignment treatment performed. The formula has a nice consistency, spreads easily through the hair, and left my hair feeling softer, smoother, and easier to manage after styling. It also helped reduce some frizz without making my hair feel heavy or greasy. The mini size is convenient for trying the product or for travel.My only complaint is the packaging. The bottle itself was not sealed, and there was no protective foil over the neck of the bottle when I opened it. Although nothing appeared to be missing or leaking, I would have felt much more confident if it had been properly sealed for safety and freshness.Overall, I like the results enough to keep using it, but I hope the manufacturer improves the packaging.

This is my honest opinion of the thermal hair alignment treatment that I recently used.I like to wear my waist length hair strait so I was happy to find this. I expected that it would help straighten my hair for longer than a day, and it did.I followed the instructions on this page because I could not read the directions on the bottle.Following the directions on this product page, I first washed my hair then used a hair dryer and dried my hair completely.Because I have very long hair I applied nearly the entire bottle to my dry hair. I let it set on my hair for around 75 minutes. The instructions give a range of 60 minutes to 90 minutes so I picked a time in the middle.After an hour and 15 minutes, I got back in the shower and thoroughly rinsed my hair. I rinsed for around 5 minutes just to be sure.The next instruction says to flat iron. It does not say to dry, it says to flat iron. I did dry my hair first however, because I have never flat ironed my hair wet. I even ironed each section 8 times like it says.My hair has been bleached twice this year and followed with toner 4 times.It was a lot of effort and time but I was really impressed with the results. My hair came out soft, silky, smooth, and much less frizzy than usual. It seemed to improve the texture and made my hair look shiny and healthier overall.I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs to freshen their hair and doesn’t mind putting in the time and effort. I haven’t had a Brazilian blow out but I’m guessing that it what this is suppose to be doing. I’ve saved a ton of money since for me to get that treatment professionally done would cost me $500 and that’s not an exaggeration.

Everything is in Portuguese. Hesitant to Use.
I apply keratin treatments (made in US) to my hair but the brand I use is no longer available although it is a no formaldehyde product. This product reads like it is just a basic keratin treatment so I thought I would give it a try. It just came with the bottle, no box, no instructions. All the writing is in Portuguese. I could use the instructions on the Amazon site but I don’t feel comfortable putting a Brazilian product in my hair that requires 8 passes of high heat and there is no official info in English as to the full ingredients, instructions, tips, warnings. . . If you’re going to sell this in the American market there needs to be more transparency and clarity esp. considering the high risk of danger in applying these types of straightening products.

lengthy process but produces silky results
This professional thermal hair treatment requires a lot of time which I somehow find easier if I were at a salon rather than at home. Maybe because the professional does all the washing, drying, application, rewashing, and flat ironing needed. The whole process takes almost 3 hours, so be prepared for that. Really, the steps that I quickly outlined above are needed to achieve the intended results.In longer form, you have to wash and dry your hair, apply the treatment and for me since I have a coarser, thicker hair, the directions say to leave on for 90 minutes. After that time elapses, rinse out and then flat iron the hair. It doesn’t say to dry after washing so I flat ironed on a lower temperature, which was very time consuming because I have a LOT of long hair.Is my hair silkier? Yes, definitely. Do I want to go through that process regularly, maybe not. It’s good for a lazy day where nothing else needs to get done, but I have so much hair that it’s too lengthy a process for me to want to do more than 2-3 times a year.The small 4oz size is great for trying it out, but if you have a lot of hair, you will use up most of the bottle at once.

Small Thermal treatment bottle
This thermal hair treatment system seems to work well, but be prepared to invest a significant amount of time in the process. I am fairly familiar with this type of treatment since I previously had my hair professionally straightened using the Japanese straightening method, which typically takes around six hours of continuous work. Because I have a lot of hair, I used this product primarily as a root touch-up where my straightening treatment had grown out, and it still took about two hours to complete.The bottle is relatively small and doesn’t go very far, especially for those with thick or long hair. One downside is that the instructions printed on the bottle are extremely difficult to read. Fortunately, the instructions provided in the Amazon listing were much clearer and easier to follow. I also noticed that my hair developed a slight reddish hue after the treatment. Overall, the product appears effective, but it requires patience, time, and careful application.

Couldn’t read instructions
My hair always seems to be dried out. I was hoping by buying this product my hair would look healthy and smooth after straightening my hair. While the product worked fine for this purpose, the instructions were in Portugese and when I took a picture and had them translated I had differing information on how to use the product. One of my instructions said it was safe to leave this in your hair, while another said to rinse the product completely out. It was very consuming. Overall, the product worked. I’m just still not sure if I’m using it to get the most out of it.
