Fits well, durable, includes a handy directional tilt!
I remember when I first got my Airwrap feeling disappointed when I tried the Dyson diffuser attachment on my son’s curly hair. I put it away and never tried it again. I recently noticed this much fancier looking one at a decent price point, and decided to give it a try. It fit perfectly, with a solid and durable feeling. In comparison to the Dyson diffuser attachment, which fits straight on top of the device, I love that this one has a tilt built into it, allowing one to hold the dryer at a more comfortable angle and still have the attachment directed toward one’s hair as it should be, making it more functional than Dyson’s version, in my opinion. The heat level is of course adjustable on the device, but even at the highest heat level, I found the heat and level of airflow to be perfect for the purpose. One last note: I tried to directly compare this attachment with Dyson’s original diffuser attachment, but for some reason, the Dyson one no longer fits on there! This one fits just fine, though, so guess it will be taking the place of the original!

Effective at making curls that last all day
This diffuser for the Airwrap has been useful for easily creating light curls in my hair. This accessory attaches onto the Airwrap just as well as the original accessories. It snaps into place and does not feel like it will fall off on it’s own, which is important given the bulky size of the diffuser. The diffuser evenly distributes the airflow, which helps it create curls without frizz. The large size allows for thicker sections of hair to be worked on at once. It takes a bit of practice to find the best technique for using the diffuser, but I was able to figure it out after a few sessions of using it. Overall, this diffuser is effective for creating curls with the Airwrap.

Great attachment for the Dyson Airwrap
This is THE attachment for curly haired girls who love their Dyson. It helps to define curls, and is a very handy to have on your airwrap, vs having to get a different tool in the morning. It’s an all in one solution, that is easy to use and affordable. The quality is great, and matches that of the Airwrap. Highly recommend!

Great Heat Level!
The Upgraded Diffuser Wave Curl for Dyson Airwrap, Attachment Diffuser Nozzle Dome and Diffuse Modes, For All Models of Dyson Curling Iron was a great choice. It fits perfectly with my Dyson Iron and dries my hair very quickly. I love how this looks paired up as if they originally came together. The durability has been there with this item so far so I hope it stays this way. I really have enjoyed this and hope the heat level doesn’t taper off like some of the other knock off ones have done in the past.

Heavy attachment
I have fine blond hair falling below my shoulders. It’s wavy but not quite curly. In the past I have air dried on days I want wavy. Was looking forward to an additional device to use with my Dyson Air Styler.This attachment fit perfectly, easy to put on and take off, just like the ones that came with my Dyson. It dries my hair very quickly and my hair looks better than when it air drys. It appears it will be very durable and is a good value for the money.And now the downsides:*It is very heavy. I weighed it against my other Dyson attachments and it’s almost double the weight of the heaviest one, almost six times heavier than the lightest one. If you have slower drying hair compared to my fine hair you could get fatigued holding it. I was starting too.*The plastic spikes that hold the dryer above your scalp are hard, sharp plastic and hurt if you don’t approach your scalp gently. I was surprised there was no give at all to them.I will continue to use this, I know how to change my approach get a faster dry and avoid the pricks to my scalp. I may not usee as much though. In reality I would have given this 3.5 stars if that was available.

Decent Diffuser with a Learning Curve
I picked this up for about $25 to pair with my Dyson Airwrap, and while I love the Dyson overall, this diffuser attachment left me a bit puzzled. It didn’t come with instructions, so I just winged it—drying my roots first and then gathering the ends up to my scalp. My hair naturally forms beachy waves, and I’m not totally convinced this diffuser did much more than air drying would. That said, it might just take some practice to really get the hang of it. The build is solid and it fits well, but clearer guidance would’ve made a big difference. I’ll keep trying, but so far it’s just okay—not a must-have, but not a regret either.
