    Truly delivers volume and is easy to use

    I was really impressed with how easy this was to attach and use if it perfectly on my shark flexstyle hd400 and was very capable of providing volumizing effects while delivering a good and even dry, the brush itself feels very well made and the bristles are very nice perfectly capable of guiding through hair and is a decent size capable of handling my long hair but also feels as though it would work for a variety of different hair lengths I feel like it is very well made and should be durable and last a long time it definitely feels like an upgrade over the original and provides an excellent value by delivering such effective results. I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality overall and feel like I just completely upgraded my routine. This leaves my hair feeling excellent while providing amazing results in terms of volume I’m surprised my hair can look so great and haven’t seen these kinds of results with other attachments I’ve tried it truly is easy to use and is noticeably effective.

    This saved me from getting rid of my Shark, curtain bangs look amazing

    First off, I rarely write reviews but I felt obligated to for this. I recently did my own curtain bangs and they looked great they just needed some shaping/volume to achieve the cool girl bangs look. I tried using my shark flex style with the included attachments (an oversized oval? Round brush and the paddle brush) and neither gave me the bangs I wanted. Making my bangs/layers look like I walked out of the salon was the whole point of buying the shark. I was gonna buy the shark brand round brush but being a researcher, I saw bad reviews. Saw someone on TikTok using this and reviews looked decent so I gave it a shot. This morning, I was in a rush and first dried my bangs and put them in a Velcro roller. Then in 5-10 minutes I just ran the brush through the rest of my hair. I got so many compliments at work and I finally feel cute and like I got the look I’ve been searching for. Also, I have fine (but thick) hair and I was worried about it getting caught as my hair tangle easily but nope. It was amazing.

    This round volumizing brush snaps onto the FlexStyle just like the original attachments, with no wobbling or loose connection. It’s important to note that it only fits the standard HD400 series and not the newer Fusion or SpeedStyle models. Once attached, it performs beautifully. My wife uses it for blowouts to get that salon look, and the bristles grip her hair without tangling while the barrel size gives great lift at the roots.The vented design helps airflow, and the bristles have a slightly wider base that lets you position the brush right at the scalp and pull upward for extra volume without the heat damage of traditional hot brushes. I really appreciate that there are no joints or gaps where hair could get caught. Her hair comes out smooth, soft, and noticeably fuller. Because her hair is long, she usually loses volume at the crown, but this brush holds the hair better than the half‑round attachment and gives a flattering lift that looks natural rather than overdone.The size is ideal for medium to long hair, covering enough surface area to speed up styling while still being easy to control. The bristles feel strong but gentle, and we haven’t had any snagging or breakage. It also creates soft bends and bounce without weighing the hair down.The build quality is excellent too. It’s made of thick plastic, about six inches long, with no rough edges, and it attaches with a simple twist. It feels durable and built to last. When used for straightening, it relaxes curls nicely as long as you work in small sections. Her hair ends up less frizzy, shinier, and with fewer flyaways, especially when finished with a touch of argan oil.The beige color even matches her device well.     Better than the OEM brush

    I have shoulder length hair that’s naturally curly. It’s what they call Irish curls, I believe, because it’s curly everywhere but in the back. I usually just use a diffuser and embrace the curls, but some days I want to straighten it and smooth it out, and that’s where this tool comes in.This Upgraded Round Volumizing Brush is made of thick plastic and is about 6 inches long. The tool feels well made and there are no jagged edges to snag my hair. It fits onto my Shark Flex Style perfectly and easily attaches with just a twist. I think it feels durable and built to last for years.I think this barrel size is perfect for using at the roots to add volume. I add a little bit of root boosting product near the roots and this does a great job of getting some height. A bigger barrel would give me big 80s hair and I’m not looking for that; it is just the right size to get some lift.On days I do want to wear my hair straighter, this brush does a good job of relaxing my curls. The key is to work in small sections at a time, I think. It’s comfortable to use and doesn’t snag or pull at my hair and instead just glides right through. When I do use it as a straightener, my hair is noticeably less frizzy, has more shine (especially when I finish with a dash of argon oil), and there are less fly aways.It’s a much better tool than the one that came with my dryer. The size is just right for root boosting and straightening and I’m happy with it. The price is certainly right, especially for such a well constructed, durable product.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE

    This flexing styler round brush attachment is hands down my absolute favorite attachment I’ve ever used with this hair dryer. I usually apply mousse, rough dry my hair until it’s about 90% dry, and then go in with this attachment. And WOW, the volume it gives is incredible. Depending on how you angle and wrap your hair, you can even get a really nice curl or bend at the ends. The knob at the top doesn’t get hot, which makes it so much easier (and safer) to maneuver without burning your fingers. The bristles are sturdy and don’t bend or warp while styling, so it grips the hair really well. It leaves my hair looking smooth, shiny, and full of body. I absolutely love it. Overall, it gives a great blowout and I absolutely would recommend!!5 for arriving as pictured and attaching to the intended hair tool – 0 (absolutely no notes!!) = 5 Stars

    This generic round volumizing brush attaches to my Shark Flex hair styler perfectly and securely. It measures 4.5″ (length) and the barrel’s diameter is 2.5″. The colour matches my device pretty well, I couldn’t really tell it was an aftermarket attachment just by looking at it.The barrel is vented and bristles are straight with a slightly wider base. The brush grabs hair firmly and runs through with ease. It’s easy to position it at the roots and lift hair in an upward motion while simultaneously rotating the brush to pick up desired amount of hair. This upwards motion gives hair extra oomph and volume without the heat damage of traditional heated brushes.I love that there are no joints hair could get stuck in and eventually ripped out. My hair is smooth, soft and looks more full thanks to this head.If you have a Flexstyle and don’t feel like spending a lot on Shark attachments, consider getting this brush at half the price.
