    Doesn’t Cause Dandruff Like Normal Shampoo

    I normally have light dandruff that is caused by the drying of normal shampoos. I can control it by either never using a standard shampoo (even once) or using a standard shampoo every day and never missing a day. If I miss a day or use normal shampoo one time, I get light to medium dandruff for a week or two.This shampoo (so far) solves that problem. I use it every other day (approximately), with no shampoo, but normally a shower on the off days, and my dandruff has been nonexistent. So in that regard I am very happy.there seems to be a very mild detergent in this product, as it does strip some oils and it lathers slightly, but it seems very mild and isn’t causing me any issues. I use a waxy product in my hair, and it does help cut through that and remove the product. This product works well for me as it helps cleanse my hair, and doesn’t cause any problems. I wish there was a real ingredients list, so i could confirm what is in it, but I’ll keep using it unless my dandruff comes back.

    Not overly impressed; Ok Shampoo

    Tried this shampoo after dying my hair, since I LOVED the tea tree/lemon VAADI shampoo. Sadly, this one is not quite as nice. While the texture is not as “goopy” as the tea tree/lemon shampoo, which is a plus, this shampoo creates buildup on my scalp like normal, less expensive, and non-organic shampoos. Nice to my hair strands, very moisturizing, but my hair doesn’t really feel clean after I use it. Probably ok for most people, smells nice, but not my favorite.

    I Love it!

    It just arrived today, and I couldn’t wait to use it. I LOVE the way it smells, the texture and the way it left my hair feeling silky. I don’t have dandruff, but overactive oil glands in my scalp which causes a distinctive “old people’s” odor within a couple of days after washing it. I noticed my late husband, who passed at age 81, had this distinct odor to his hair. I have read that the odor is from an oily scalp caused by bacteria on the scalp. This is the reason I purchased this shampoo. I hope it corrects the problem because I have never had offensive body or hair odor throughout my life, as some, even when I perspired profusely. I love clean and pleasant smells, and it is hard for me to accept this odor.I bought it because it’s a healthy shampoo, no toxic junk in it, and it stated it “cleanses and disinfects the scalp”. If it proves to be the solution to my problem, I will post an update.

    Horrible synthetic smell

    Considering the full ingredient lists of these Vaadi shampoos are undisclosed, I purchased the lemon/tea tree variety against my better judgment. No, I do not have issues with dandruff, but I like Giovanni’s Tea Tree Triple Treat shampoo. I also was impressed with the list of “No’s” in the Vaadi product description here at Amazon. HOWEVER, not only does this shampoo come with a wretched pump dispenser, the lemon smell is awful, synthetic, and insidiously permeating–it gave me a headache. The consistency of the shampoo, itself, is akin to some cheap dollar store dish detergent that’s dyed some crazy color. It really doesn’t lather, either (I tried it out when I washed my dog). Personally, I would not at all consider this a natural shampoo, in spite of its claims. And there’s no hint of tea tree scent, besides! I offered this mess of a shampoo to a friend of mine who is less particular regarding her personal care products.

    Smells Good to me

    smells good, like candy lemons – its really thick. I took the cap off and pour it into my hand, saves time with the pump that is to thin to pump it out correctly. This is not a dandruff shampoo – you need a medicated shampoo to get it under control. This is a maintenances shampoo to me, I use it in between shampooing with a medicated shampoo. But it smells good to me and tingles – I like it.

    Surprisingly one of the best shampoos I have tried to date! Makes my hair soft and silky without any residue. It also seems to be PH balanced and my scalp seems to like it. I’m one of those people that have to trade out shampoos all the time because most have a lot of crap in them and are not PH balanced. This seems to be holding up pretty well so far! Hair Food was another great shampoo and conditioner that I alternate with this shampoo.

    Very good but keep in mind they apply oil on the hair before on shampoo allredy written by company for best results use with their own conditioner but I use oil that’s better working for me.
