Missing Items and Misleading Directions
I was really excited to try this product. I wanted my original color to grow back before using it so I’d have an accurate review to provide. But, boy, was this a disappointment!First off, the directions are horribly misleading. I have shoulder length hair and it says to use two powder sachets and half the bottle of gel. First off, there were only two packets in the box. Also, it said that you could also use the provided measuring cup to measure the gel…but it was not in the box. It wasn’t even in the list of what was included. So, I emptied both packets and half the bottle of gel into a bowl and mixed it up. It seemed rather thick, but I thought maybe it was supposed to be and started putting it on my hair. After getting my roots, i realized it was far too pasty to use, so I added the rest of the gel and tried to do the rest of my hair. Unfortunately, i ran out, so now my hair’s only half-colored.It also said to use the included shampoo afterwards, but that also was neither included or listed on the box. Thankfully, I had some leftover from the regular brand I use. The results themselves were not impressive (leaving off that I was only hable to half-color my hair). It says it’s a soft black and I used it on my graying medium brown hair and had zero black at all. It covered my gray, but showed up as a light-to-medium brown.Definitely would not recommend.

Excellent quality hair color with a gentle formula. It provides rich, natural-looking color and covers gray hair effectively. Here’s my take on the pros and cons of this product based on my experience:Pros:1.
