The machine did not work.
Bought a few months ago and much more involved to set-up then my old one. So I didn’t, until today. Had a friend over that has never used a foot spa before so was excited to give her a treatment.It did not work for more than 5 minutes with the ppb’s in the 2000’s and then went to 3000 and back into the 2000’s. All of a sudden it went to 4000 and would not stop beeping. The ground was attached. I used the salt. I added more water. I unplugged and replugged. I dumped all the water and refilled the foot bath, unplugged and replugged reset and then tried again. 4000 and did not come off that. I dumped the water, dried the person’s feet and gave up. I am not sure it works. I had an old one for years that the motor finally went out on. The water was always really dark and merky with an array of colors depending on the person. This did start to color slightly, but she never really even got to experience what itnwould have been like innit had worked.Since I have had it for a while and never took it out of the box, the warranty is probably not in tack any longer if there ever was any warranty because there is nothing showing in the materials that came with the machine.

Broke and the company does not respond
I am leaving this review because the company has not responded to my email to them. I used this successfully for a while, and then the first array stopped working, which is normal after 20 or 30 uses, but this was sooner than that. And then I noticed that the wrist band was giving me little shocks. I ordered a new array, and after 1 use it came apart. I reached out to their customer service and they did not respond. I wish I could return it, but it is too late.

I am showing positive results in the machine. It is recommended to use 2-3 times per week to start with.Key to good health is detoxification and doing this thru the feet is very beneficial I have found amazing results ina) 1st boosting my energy level which I attribute ridding excess sugar out of the body. This is key. The color coding chart defines the detox of ridding my 1) fat 2) detox joints 3) detox liver 4) detox lymphatic system 5) detox gallbladder and 6) heavy metals. These are a list of my problems. This is one solution for avoiding medications.Fixing our “Organ” systems and read the “Ingredients” on food labels for optimal health. I was looking at this foot detox spa machine for a while and decided to buy it as a birthday present for myself. And it’s so much fun to use.The instructions included are very clear and if you still have questions there is a QR code you can scan for a video instruction that is even better. It’s easy to assemble and the kit also comes with lavender scented salts to add to your relaxing treatment.I could not believe how fast the water turns brown pulling all the gunk from my body. It also comes with a nice size microfiber towel you can use to wipe your feet after the treatment. I love that the basin is collapsable, it’s very convenient for storage. Love it.

Ionic Footbath with display to take out the guesswork and long lasting quality arrays
This is the only ionic foot bath I’ve found that takes the guesswork out of the ionic concentration. You connect your skin to a meter (can wear it around your wrist or just contact it however) and it will let you know whether you are in the therapeutic range. I find this very helpful for my personal and professional uses.I have personally improved from my time with this therapy and have watched others do so, too.I look forward to continuing my journey with it, but for now my feet and knees feel much better after using it and I find it fascinating to see what I am detoxing.I highly recommend this company. I contacted customer service with questions and they got back to me right away with a care-filled and educational response, which was much appreciated, as I love to learn and teach what I know.Much thanks to this company for all they do!
