This WAHL rechargeable trimmer is nice! I’ve been using WAHL trimmers for years, but this is my first cordless. I look forward to not having to deal with the cord.It has a nice weight to it. I have another small trimmer like this and it is too light. This one’s not heavy, by any means, but you know you’ve got something in your hands. It feels good. Also, the power button is in a good place. You’re not going to turn it off [or on] by accident, nor will it turn on in your luggage.It comes in a molded soft case that has a zippered side for the little bottle of oil (included) and a wide assortment of attachments. I think it came with a little plastic mirror too, but it fell down and came apart, so I tossed it.All in all tho, this feels like a great trimmer, and based on my experience, the WAHL reputation is well deserved.EDIT 9/21: I’ve had this trimmer for a few months now and so, have a more considered opinion.This trimmer is fantastic. Best I’ve ever owned. The biggest improvement I see over previous clippers I’ve had is the smaller attachments. I have straight, kind of fine white people hair which tends to not really respond consistently to the longer, deeper attachments. These attachments are much shorter and closer to the blades. The result is much less ‘wilting’ and a MUCH more even cut. I am comparing the trim attachments of the same size, from the same manufacturer. There is some discrepancy though – where I used to use Wahl’s #2 attachment with the clipper, #2 on the trimmer seems a bit shorter, so with the trimmer I use #3. I now get a much more even cut with far fewer repeats and, oh yeah – cordless.Super happy.

Bad blades
My unit was defective as visible in the video. It turns itself on after a few seconds.Even if it wasn’t defective, compared to my other Wahl, the blades are so bad.It scratches the skin and pulls the hair.The included accessories are very cheap plastic stuff that I am shore will break in the first use.

No wireless charging
Description clearly says wireless charging. This is not the case. Water resistant, not water proof. Still needs a cable to be plugged in. The adjustable shave head is a waste of time. Overall though its a decent enough razor if you use one of the other preset trimmers.

Buzzing
This trimmer has been a serious upgrade from my last Wahl clippers. I mainly use it to keep my beard trimmed, and the performance is excellent. The Forever Blade technology really makes a difference—it cuts smoothly without any pulling or snagging, which has been an issue with other trimmers I’ve used in the past. The stainless steel blade feels solid, and I like that it’s designed to stay sharp over time.The cordless design is super convenient, and the USB charging makes it easy to top off almost anywhere. The no-slip grip also feels comfortable and secure in hand, giving me better control while trimming.The only downside on my end is that my wife accidentally threw away the box that still had the guards in it—but even without them, I still love this trimmer. It’s powerful, reliable, and clearly built to last.If you’re looking for a high-quality beard trimmer that delivers a clean cut without irritation, this Wahl is definitely worth it.

Lasted Only 2 Years
Lasted two years before the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. It was a decent trimmer overall, but early on after about 8 uses, it started to make a buzzing noise that gradually got louder and louder and I discovered a little plastic hinge piece had broke on the head. Luckily, Wahl replaced the head, but told me it was only a one time courtesy. I would not recommend this trimmer because of the cheap plastic head and lack of durability of the battery.

Absolute junk!! It lasted 8 months with occasional use. No wonder this is no longer available. I will never purchase another Wahl product and recommend others not to purchase, there are many other products available that are far better at lower cost. What a total waste of money.

Excellent Close Shave for Tough Beard
I struggle with a very tough, dense beard. I’ve tried other cordless shavers over the years and my beard has literally stalled them. This trimmer cuts through my beard with no trouble.The only issue I encounter is the cutters will clog from time to time. Important to keep fully charged and oiled. Take the cutter head off and rinse with water.Other than that, you can never go wrong with a WAHL trimmer.

Fragile Heads but Amazing Support
The reports about the blade head being fragile are true. My blade head broke the first time I tried to remove it to clean the trimmer.Wahl support is top notch. I sent them an email, and they mailed me a replacement head within a couple days. I have no problem recommending this product knowing that they’ll fix it hassle free.

Short lived product
This is my second trimmer. They work great out of the box. Sharp, cut well, no nicks, battery lasts, but none of that matter if it breaks. First one broke after less than a year. This one lasted less than 4 months. I really only use it MAYBE once a week. So that means I used this less than 30 times before it broke. They both broke in the same way, top snapping off. Cheap plastic internal pieces, planned obsolescence gone wrong I’m guessing. I’ve had Wahl hair clippers for 20 years that still work great, these are crap though. Not once, but twice. Not worth the price.

Exponentially heavenly; expressively impressive!
As a man who has been “buzzing” ‘is own skull since the budding age of 21, I’ve experienced a few clippers and trimmers. 🤣Too, my mom used to be into the business of hair, and still owns her Wahl clippers from around circa 1980.That said, I have Remington and “Manscaped” trimmers, and the famously-known Oster trimmers. Remington is great for the price, Manscaped is just imported, overpriced garbage with catchy (and tasteless) advertising… the Oster trimmers are outstanding, but they’re big, clunky and they get hot extremely fast. We’re talking “2nd-degree burns to your neck” HOT! 😂 The blades for the Oster are high quality though and provide an excellent cut… but, all of these take the back-seat compared to this Wahl “Pro Series” with the forever blade, in my opinion. Take into account that I’ve only owned this new Wahl for a short time, but I’m likin’ it! I don’t necessarily go for the SHAVED look on my head because of the appearance, I just enjoy cutting it as short as possible for various EFFICIENCY reasons:1) It’s quite delightful and makes for effortless scalp exfoliation.2) There’s more time allotted between “buzzes.”3) It’s neat and doesn’t get in the way when I’m playing guitar, working, etcetera.4) The ladies like it (I’m just kidding, stupid humor is sometimes required 🤣)!This particular Wahl has given my scalp the closest cut EVER with an electric trimmer! The only way to get a closer cut is with an actual razor. No joke. I’m intensely impressed! My wife felt my freshly shorn-skull after I first used it and exclaimed: “AHHH! OHHH! That’s nice!”Just because I love this trimmer doesn’t mean you will, I’m just sharing my personal opinion and testimony; but, also “in my opinion”, if you don’t like these trimmers after they work their heavenly glory upon your head, you’re weird. 😆
