    The Best Hard Wax for Stubborn Hair

    I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect hard wax beads for a while, and this product blew me away. Apart from melting quickly, I found that this wax was easier to manage than most. It doesn’t get too runny once heated, and after application it cools down to a sturdy yet flexible strip that allows you to take hair off in one pass. Other wax would fail to grip coarse, thick hair; leaving me to wax the same area over and over again. Not this wax! I felt my jaw drop when I saw how much hair it was capable of ripping off, especially considering that it is one of the least painful waxes I’ve tried. Now, no wax will ever be completely pain-free, but I felt like this was as close as it gets to being painless. Some of the beads were stuck together in the bag, but that’s to be expected if your package is left outdoors for a bit. Once placed inside, I found the beads easily separating on their own. I’d say you definitely get your money’s worth in both quantity and quality!

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

    I’ve used just about every hair remover, over the years for my eyebrows. Many worked great for a short time, eventually losing the ability to remove hair. Some are super messy, some require strips, and others don’t. I’ve used the microwave wax for a long time, and it worked ok, until it stopped working. I had one container of that for a long time, in the medicine cabinet, and went to use it, and for some reason, just wouldn’t remove any hair. So, I got this wax warmer. It was SUPER inexpensive for what you get. Four bags of the wax beads you use, will last me a long time. I just use this for my eyebrows, and occasional annoying facial hair. You turn it all the way up to melt the wax, and then turn it down to let it thicken and cool to a temp that won’t burn you. It melts fast, but takes some time to cool down. Next time, I think I won’t turn it all the way up to melt. I think a lower temp will also melt it. Anyway, it removed all the eyebrow hair I put it on, and the other facial hairs I wanted gone. It left my skin feeling smooth and soft, and left no residual wax. The only negative I can say is that it is VERY stringy, melted. Not unmanageable, but hard to avoid. I can highly recommend this for the price. It is a great, little wax melter.

    It works, but it doesn’t set hard easily

    So the deal with it not setting up and hardening is that the wax stretches and makes the hair pulling just excruciating. I would recommend you either be fastidious about method or go with a less malleable wax.

    I’ve been trying different waxes out and this is the only one I’ve reviewed. It snatches the hairs from the root with one strip. I used WAYYY less wax than I usually do because it works so well. The dry time is amazing and the wax is sooo forgiving. I think I’ve found my forever brand!
