    Product works well! Use with caution with no one around.

    So I’m a guy. I read the descriptions and don’t like razor burns so I bought this. Within a few minutes it headed up, and I figured it’s time to play with my new toy to see how it works.It was interesting watching the wax liquify, and it wasn’t too bad applying. I did the wrist test like the instructions said, and everything seems pretty awesome.After a few minutes I had completely covered my face, mustache, and head looking almost like a member of the blue man crew at this point. The feeling was pretty good, and the smell is pretty awesome too.I waited about 10 minutes for it to get solid. Everything seemed kosher, and I was ready to put my pain tolerance to the test. Now I like to think I’m a bit of a freak able to rip out airs with no problem here and there so I thought I was prepared for this.I ripped off a pretty good size piece from the top of my head, and it wasn’t too bad, but when I got to my face I found out how much of a wimp I actually was.I realized my first mistake is I should have waited another day or too longer because less hair was coming out and more skin was. I had most of it off my sideburns and was working on my beard when the door bell rang.Horror struck though my soul as I peeled through the window looking like blue flower with the wax hanging off my face I see a few of my friends, and I bet their first reaction when they saw me was looking at this “blooming idiot.”After already being spotted I figured well I got nothing else to lose so I regrettably invited them in. Let’s just say I’m guilty of pulling a lot of pranks on these guys, but when a game is let’s rip the wax off from you ensues levels are escalated dramatically. Admittedly I would of done the same in their shoes.The product worked wonders in my skin though, but I don’t plan on ever using this again.

    Interesting but somewhat did the job

    First things first: it was packaged nicely and incredibly easy to put together. The warmer worked exactly as it should and I had no problems with that.I have never waxed my legs before so I didn’t know what to expect. The smartest thing I did was hop on YouTube and watch a couple of videos on how to use hard wax. Baby powder beforehand and baby oil afterwards. I initially was doing the waxing myself and it kept cracking and breaking also causing way more pain than I was expecting. Eventually my partner came in to help lay the wax and I pulled the strips. We had a flow and it worked. It even hurt less that way. My partner commented that the wax stinks (smells of melted plastic) which I noted as well but it didn’t bother me as badly.Overall it was not a perfect job but for 2 people who had never waxed legs before, I was pleased. The wax definitely grabbed the hair and pulled.I love the wax warmer, but I definitely want to get a different wax to see the difference in overall results.

    Such a headache to use

    They say it’s suppose to reheat automatically to keep the wax at the temperature that you set but it never does. The wax keep getting too cold (almost hard, even when the temp is set to 160-180 or more) and when you reset it to get it hot, it get so hot that you burn yourself (when it’s too cold or even too hot, it doesn’t do a great job to take away the hair. Took me 2 hours only to make one half leg. Foot to the knee) Wouldn’t recommend this product, save your money.

    Super happy with this wax warmer! It heats the wax evenly and quickly, and the temperature control dial makes it easy to keep it at a comfortable heat. It’s saved me so much money on salon visits already. Clean-up is straightforward, too. Highly recommend for home waxing!

    What a mess! The heat settings were either too hot or too cold! I followed all the directions and even watched videos to make sure I was doing everything correct. Spent half a day and now I’m just angry that it didn’t do what I wanted. $20 straight into the garbage can!

    The package arrived in good conditions. The wax did work for me. It isn’t the best wax but it is useable. Everything came in one box and the items were of good help. Doesn’t show in the image but it does come with two packets of wood sticks.

    This is my very 1st experience with any kind of at home waxing kit. The set up was super easy and I loved the smell of the wax. One of the down sides are that the canister for melting was scuffed up already. My kit didn’t seem to be used so I think it’s just because it’s a cheap material and it was damaged pre shipping. The other downside is one I noticed a majority of the other reviews saying and that’s the wax is terrible. Like I said this was my first attempt at home waxing so I at first wasn’t sure if I was doing something wrong (not hot enough, not enough wax, too big a patch, etc) but I had a friend who does this for a living come over and she had a difficult time to. I only did one leg before we both gave up. The wax only seemed to want to grab 60% of my hairs (and I had thick long hair! TMI sorry) eventually I was just aggravating my skin and pours with the constant reattempts. I think this kit is great for beginners especially if they are intolerant to pain but for someone who wants 100% 10/10 waxing then a different wax is a must.
