    High expectations but low reality

    I wear wigs almost daily and was excited to receive this wig grip that allows such a large parting space but my excitement was quickly shattered once I actually used the wig grip. While the construction is sturdy, the lace is too thick and the Velcro closure easily gets caught in hair. The wig grip doesn’t seem to “grip” the wig either and causes it slop and slide while adding unnecessary increased bulk. I’m not a fan.

    Great Appearance

    I do not need to use a lot of adhesive to keep my glueless wig in place thanks to this wig grip cap. The non-slip material offers a significant degree of retention, and the extra-wide 11×5 shape provides adequate coverage beneath the wig. I really appreciate that it is somewhat comfortable to wear and helps minimize movement during the day.The cap fits well beneath my wig without adding much bulk, and it is lightweight. Because I do not have to spend as much time correcting it after it is positioned, it also makes wearing a glueless wig much simpler. The grip is sturdy enough for everyday tasks, but after wearing it for a few hours, especially if I am moving about a lot, I have found that it can move a little.For the price, I am generally satisfied with the performance. It makes wearing a glueless wig more convenient and offers superior coverage and grip. It certainly helps and is a helpful addition to have if you wear wigs frequently, though I would not claim it totally removes movement.

    Works for small heads or not a lot of hair

    This cap fits well for me. I have a small adult head and not much hair. It’s a decent quality, a little more than just the mesh. It has spots that will help hold the wig on. Seems to hold well. I’ll see if it makes it through the Halloween season. It’s a good thickness and weight; it doesn’t feel like it weighs me down. It looks nice, but then it’s also covered, so that’s the point of a wig cap.

    A little small but works.

    Nice wig grip does help keep wig secured. A little small, but comfortable and soft, the mesh makes the lace look better than a standard stocking cap just need a little powder foundation to make it blend better,The Velcro is strong, and the construction of the cap is done with providing a surface to prevent the wig from slipping,Value to quality is subjective as there are other options for less.Overall it does the job but if you have a lot of hair or larger head this will be too small, and too snug.

    Comfortable and well made, but ear cutouts are tricky

    Very comfortable and easily adjustable to fit your head. I’m trying this on in Texas where we’re averaging around 102-degree weather daily, and I can already say I personally won’t be wearing this during the summer. It’s simply more coverage than I want underneath a wig in this heat.I haven’t customized the lace yet or worn it underneath a wig, but the cap feels well made and secure.My biggest issue is with the ear cutouts. I could never get them to line up properly without the material bunching or wrinkling around my ears. Since this is meant to create a smooth base underneath a wig, I think that’s something worth considering.Overall, I like the concept and construction, but the fit around the ears keeps it from being a perfect fit for me.
