Excellent for callouses!
I bought this for my husband who was always getting big callouses on his hands from lifting weights and doing kettle bells. He tried using various things to keep his hands softs, but wasn’t really getting results. I found this great kit on Amazon and bought it for him for his birthday. He absolutely loves it! It has everything he needs, is small enough to fit in our medicine cabinet, and has a really nice scent! He uses this kit quite often and his hands are so much softer. This is really a great gift for any guy (or gal!) who uses their hands a lot and wants to keep them soft and healthy looking without having a lot of fuss.

this are good for palms after a WOD… I do crossfit almost 6 times a week and my coach even ask some of us to do some competitive training in between community WODs… I purchased a separate WOD ROD to shave off my calluses, then use the daily hand cream after I shower or wash my hands every day… I use the stick on my calluses only before and after a long pull up work, like those T2B and butterfly/kipping pullups… its actually prevents your skin from tearing… and if you ever end up with a tear… just wash your hands and apply the stick on… then when you get home… make sure to use the daily hand cream… in less than a day or two, you will notice that new skin is starting to grow… not the typical 4-5 days of suffering that I get when I tear… all in all… I love this product… not the stone though…

Awesome products. The pumice stone is nothing out of the ordinary, but the solid stick leaves freshly sanded calluses smooth and hydrated. The hand cream is good too, without being overly greasy. I had ripped hands from pull-ups and other bar work, and this kit repaired damage that I had (raw calluses), and has been extremely useful in preventing similar rips. I gave 4 stars, only because the products are pretty small in size, for the price. The sizes are included in the description, so perhaps that is on me, but I would have liked to have had a little bit more than the small amount. It is almost like a trial size. Great product. All natural. Works really well and smells good, too. I will definitely buy this again, but maybe look for a bigger size.

Good For Athletes and People Who Work With Their Hands
I am a research assistant, climber and workout enthusiast. Between washing my hands frequently throughout the day, working with my hands, rock climbing and lifting weights, it dries out and tears up my hands. I have tried using other lotions but found that they caused my calluses to peel off with repeated use. I decided I would give WOD Welder a try. I have been using the kit for 3 weeks now and really starting to notice a difference. My finger tips and cuticles are not splitting and bleeding like usual. My calluses are not tearing off after using the hand cream for an extended amount of time. The hand cream has a very nice peppermint sent that doesn’t stick around for long. The salve is in a push up tube that makes application faster and easier than a traditional tin. This is an added plus when you have sore hands. I frequently use ClimbOn! and found the salve to be similar at repairing cuts, tears and splits but not as effective at soothing scrapes. The containers are small but a little goes a long way with the hand cream! P.S. I am a geologist and this is not pumice its scoria (works just as well for sanding calluses).

Impressive performance: calluses are at last manageable…!
Wow…I had no idea how good these products were until I tried them. I’ve developed calluses on both hands and have tried various lotions and creams in doomed attempts to soften them. The calluses were becoming so hard, that their edges were sharp enough to inflict damage on unsuspecting arms & legs. After just a couple of uses, they softened up…I haven’t had to use the pumice stone; the clever push-up bar of wonder-product has softened my hands wonderfully. I use the cream all over my hands, not just the callused areas, and have found that my hands are no longer dry (dangerous because dry skin can crack, leaving openings for bacteria to jump in). I’m impressed…and happy that my calluses are behaving themselves…finally…!

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Set. Die Handcremes sind äußerst ergiebig und duften gut nach Eukalyptus und Minze. Der Bimsstein entfernt die Hornhaut, wie er es eben soll. Die Hände fühlen sich deutlich weicher und gepflegter an, wobei natürlich hier die Regelmäßigkeit der Anwendung wichtig ist. Also eine klare Kaufwmpfehlung für alle, die viel Hornhaut und trockene Hände haben!!!

This stuff is brilliant. I especially love the hand cream.My hands dry out a lot in the winter and so I need something I can use and rub in quickly. I hate greasy hand creams.The stick is great for calluses and healing. If you are still working out with ripped calluses then this will offer some protection

I have contact eczema from work. I am a barista, meaning i use my hands all day, touching wet things, dry things, hot things, cold things, and washing my hands excessively through it all. I have had this problem from several years. I have tried copious amounts of lotions, soaps, gloves, and creams. My hands were bleeding, cracking, and itching like crazy.The doctor I went to even said that he could give me a cream but that the problem would come back because I spend all day doing the damaging thing.I bought this product several months ago and my hands have never looked or felt better. I feel it is critical to get all three of these products. Once you’ve repaired the initial damage, you can get away with just using the cream day-to-day, but I like to use the stone and the salve stick as soon as I see that my hand might start bleeding.Not only does it work, it works QUICKLY.I had worked a ton recently and forgot to apply the cream, so my hand was bleeding, scabbing, and itching.Now less than 48 hours later, they are normal again.Cannot stress how well these products have worked for me. WOD Welder WORKS!
I got a nice, deep callous tear Sunday 6/17 after 7 rounds of T2B, made worse by a pull up EMOM the next evening. Immediately ordered this kit from WOD Welder when I left the gym Monday night. Received it on Tuesday and started using the balm 1-2 times per day as needed, and the hand cream at night. I could already see some healing when I woke up Wednesday morning!The balm has a nice minty smell, and it actually really soothing to your rips and tears. The hand cream is fairly similar to O’Keefe’s Workinf Hands – minus the sticky feeling O’Keefe’s leaves. On the contrary, the WOD Welder hand cream has a silky feel to it and a minty smell as well.Will DEFINITELY purchase again when I run out. WOD Welder WORKS!
