    There’s capsules are very easy to swallow and to add to your routine as they are one a day. The ingredients have research to back up their efficacy and no fillers or additives can be noted in the ingredients list. As for results, I cannot definitively say they work wonders, but my skin does seem more supple and brighter, and my nails and hair do seem to be growing at a slightly increased pace. I have not really noticed an increase in the amount or thickness of my hair, but I do think I need to stick with it for the 4-6 months like the product page mentions to see real results.The price point of this supplement is quite affordable since it is 60 capsules (a 2 month supply), and much cheaper than a lot of other hair growth products on the market.Overall, I have noticed slight improvements and no side effects and I would say seriously consider giving these a try if you are interested in improving the quality (and quantity) of your hair!
