Brilliant for stretching the toes – no more toe cramps!
I have been using toe socks and other, soft rubber toe separators in my wide toe-box shoes to help my balance and decrease the amount of cramping that happens to my toes. I decided I wanted to upgrade to get more of a stretch for my toes. These fit the bill brilliantly. They were easy to put on and are far more comfortable than I thought they would be. Yes, at first, after a short time, my toes would become sore because these stretch far more than the other tools I was using, but after a break-in period, I find I can wear them for long stretches (pun intended) of time and they feel great. I cannot wait to see what long-term benefits I get from using these as I’ve only had them for a few weeks. I find I walk more on all of my toes evenly, thus my balance is better and I haven’t been woken up with my toes cramping since I started using separators in general. I highly recommend these – but you may want to start with something with less stretch before moving on to them (they will really separate your toes – and that’s a good thing).

Worth the $
The women’s version isn’t available on Amazon.ca so….with a ladies size 9.5, I figured these would “work” for me.They do! Exactly what I was looking for. I have tried various other versions that either don’t last or don’t give me the stretch I’m looking for. These medical grade rubber YogaToes Gems are perfect. On most days, I can wear them for an hour or two while sitting and do toe flex exercises. I have a “hammer toe” and these help to keep the joint mobile and pain free.

Great, but use HLOES/KTSAY spacers to warm up = how I went from only 2 to 10 toes fitting in 2 days
2nd update: February 19. These YogaToes Gems for Men are even better than I realized earlier. It is an error to think of these toe spacers as “bulky” as I mentioned below. What they are is “thick” and that thickness of the part that separates each toe is absolutely essential in order to create the perfect push-spacing ability these YogaToes Gems have for correcting one’s bad/incorrect toe positions. As I stated below, I have, or rather, HAD, extremely tight toes, to the point I could not wear these toe spacers initially. But as I stated below, I trained my toes to become wider by first using the HLOES (= KTSAY) silicone ten-toe toe spacers and was able to fit all 10 toes the very second day. I now can even sometimes fit all 10 toes without having to warm up first using the HLOES or KTSAY toe spacers. If these YogaToe Gems had been designed any differently, they wouldn’t be as sensational as they are. I wish I could give these toe spacers a 10 points because they are two times better than I ever imagined. My neuropathy in my toes has gotten much much better, in addition to stretching my back, arms, and shoulders twice daily, and doing squats while supporting my body by holding on to the handles of a very tall dipping bar station, so when I squat down it’s as if I’m holding onto a set of pull-up bars.February 9, 2026 update: After only 1 day, I was able to fit all 10 toes into the YogaToes Gems and actually wear them for at least 10-15 minutes in comfort. BUT I could not have done so, due to EXTREMELY tight toes had I not “warmed up” (progressed up to) doing so by using the HLOES (= KTSAY) silicone ten-toes toe spacers, as explained below. Even today, I warmed up first with the HLOES/KTSAY first for about 15 minutes before gently placing my toes into the YogaToes Gems, toe-by-toe, beginning with the large toe. DO NOT RUSH. GO SLOWLY AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. IF THE PINKY TOES DON’T FIT THE FIRST DAY, DON’T FORCE IT. One trick is to train the pinky separately by placing the pink toe separator by itself to get a stretch between the pinky and adjacent toe. But MY toes are so tight that I have to stretch all ten toes every time. My guess is that in a couple of more months, I would have achieved more flexibility that I won’t need such an extended warm up. But I won’t mind if that is not the case, Warm ups are always good.Original (yesterday’s) post below:I was having problems with my toes (they wiggled on their own) and my doctor said I had some kind of neuropathy that was ideopathic (a fancy term meaning the doctors couldn’t figure out the cause despite extensive medical tests). I also felt numbness and a constant pulling in my toes, 24/7, that was highly concerning. But after starting to wear different toe spacers which I will describe below, these symptoms have improved 90-95%, depending on the day. Some have complained about these YogaToes Gems feeling too tight, and I did experience that tightness at first also, but let me explain how to “warm up” properly so that you can use these fantastic YogaToes Gems effectively, EVEN ON YOUR FIRST DAY OF USING THEM:I ordered my first pair of “HLOES silicone ten-toes toe spacers” on December 7, 2025, bought a “Fullean Big Toe Spacer/Corrector, Overlapping Toes, Bunion Pain Relief, Toe Alignment, Soft Silicone/Gel, 2 Loop,Day Night Wear” also in December 2025, then bought the “KTSAY silicone ten-toes toe spacers” in early January 2026 (special note: the HLOES and KTSAY are the same identical product, same item number, same box, same everything, with a different company name). Today, I received my YogaToes Gems for Men and love them, but let me share details about how to use them and why they are great EVEN IF you can’t immediately fit all 10 toes (and how to progress using them). I went from only fitting the big toe comfortably to fitting 9 out of 10 toes comfortably on the same day.First, a major plus. Even if you aree only able to fit the big “toe” toe spacers of this YogaToes Gems toe spacers for men, that would already be worth the money because this YogaToes Gem toe spacer set is the only toe spacers among the top sellers I purchased and cited above, that fully corrected the large toe into the correct straight position, instead of that bunion right-curving position. So, even if your fit initially isn’t great for the other toes using these YogaToes, you will still get something great that no other product can give you. For example, though the Fullean big toe spacers is highly rated, I didn’t get better separation between my big toe and adjacent toe using the Fullean than I did by simply using the HLOES/KTSAY ten-toe spacers, which I also highly recommend you buy (one of them suffices, because they are the identical product marketed under two different company names). How I got them to fit better: Start by first “warming up” your toes by using either the HLOES or KTSAY silicone 10-toe toe spacers. My toes are actually quite tight, but after wearing the HLOES or KTSAY (I alternate between them because they are the same product) toe spacers since December 7, 2025, I improved a lot in toe flexibility. And I mean, A LOT. But even so, when I first tried to put on the YogaToes today without first warming up with the HLOES or KTSAY toe spacers, I could only fit the first two of these YogaToes Gems loops/separators on both feet. But guess what? I then went back and “warmed up” with the HLOES/KTSAY toe spacers, then I ended up being able to comfortably fit three (3) YogaToes Gems toe spacers on each foot. And they now felt very comfortable, though I had to gently fit in that third, middle toe. Keep in mind you always start with the big toe, then the next toe, than the next, working your way towards your pinky toe. My toes are extremely tight so I “listen to them” as I gently spread them apart (you don’t want to use too much force and injure yourself; it’s okay if you can’t fit in the pinky or toe adjacent to the pinky, etc. on the first day or even first couple of weeks). Enjoy the process of stretching and the results will come.Initially, I could only get 3 goes in for each foot. But after wearing the YogaToes Gems several times today, and alternating with the HLOES or KTSAY toe spacers as “warm ups”, I was able to comfortably wear all 5 YogaToes Gems toe spacers in my left foot, and, fit 4 out of 5 toes (not the pinky) of my right foot into the YogaToes Gems toe spacers. Not bad for only the first day working with these toe spacers. And let me also share with you that I was surprised that these toe spacers are NOT hard at all, like others erroneously describe here. These Yogatoes Gems are made of a very soft silicone, just like the HLOES and KTSAY toe spacers. What they ARE, unlike the HLOES and KTSAY toe spacers, is BULKY, that is, THICK; so, that is why some folks find them initially hard to use, especially if they do not also own the HLOES or KTSAY silicone ten-toe toe spacers to warm up with. But I tell you it is a mistake to give up on these wonderful toe spacers because they function perfectly IF you know how to use them properly, that is, “warm up” using the HLOES or KTSAY, in order to get more toes to fit comfortably into these YogaToes Gems. But keep in mind that you are not in a race. Enjloy the process of stretching. And again, even if you purchase these YogaToes Gems and initially can only get the toe spacer in that separates the big toe from the adjacent toe, that is already worth the price of these toe spacers because NO OTHER PRODUCT PROVIDES AS MUCH SEPARATION BETWEEN THE BIG TOE AND ADJACENT TOE THAN THESE YOGATOES GEMS, EVEN THE FULLEAN COUDLN’T DO IT, AND THAT’S SUPPOSSED TO BE ESPECIALLY FOR SEPARATING ONLY THESE TWO TOES.

Best toe separator that I have bought so far

Great for problem toes
My husband has wide feet, severe hammer toes with severe neuropathy. We tried several of the advertised products on Amazon for this condition, all of which were quite painful for him to use. Then we found YogaToes Gems. Amazing. He loves them. He wears them every chance he gets. They are not for walking around the house, however, but a very comfortable fit when sitting around. He highly recommends.

Love YogaToes!
I bought the YogaToes Gems for myself and my husband, because I was experiencing pain on my left foot. I have a bunion and my toes started moving toward each other. I love to run, but it was probably contributing to the pain. I visited a physical therapist over a month who gave me exercises, but it did nothing to reduce the pain. I began to fear that surgery would be the only option. I bought YogaToes as a last ditch attempt to reduce the pain and it worked! My husband and I use them together in the morning while drinking our coffee. We started using daily for about 15 minutes. I have increased the length of time to about 45 minutes to an hour each day. It’s made a world of difference. I no longer have the pain in my foot. I don’t know if this will work for everyone, but it worked for me.

Good but way overpriced
These toe stretchers are giving me a real workout. Very please with them. Not sure why they are so expensive. Wish I found some cheaper knockoffs as there is really no difference except for price.

These are a novelty!
For me, these are just meh. I had high hopes for the price they’re asking. I tried them for a few days, then lost interest, as they didn’t do much. I feel these should cost $15 max. They are easy to put on your feet.

Pricy but effective with oil.
The product itself really does the job you want it to. The price is the only sticking point. I have tried other products and not noticed any difference. It does seem to make a change. It’s not a huge change but it is a welcome drug free and without side effects change. Where I really noticed a difference is to use it with warm/hot organic castor oil. The combination for me really does help my sore feet. I also mix it with red light therapy which also is good although the oil is better. I at times will sleep with them on. I have had them for a while and overall don’t regret my purchase I just don’t understand why they are so expensive for plastic.

They don’t dissapoint ?
Been having the bottom of my feet having soreness & stress. I’m 78 years old an never have had a problem. So I bought a pair of Orthodontics. They did help but my feet still felt stressed. Looking up a few web sites, I found the Yoga toes. Moderate cost, good reviews, so I bought them. Now my feet are destressed, comfortable, and toes have a space between them and shazam, toes are straighter. they did work. follow directions ! Hope you have the same experience as I did.

I like it 🙂
I think i can see my pinky toe straighten out a bit after some time using. Maybe I’m Trippin 🤗(wear with caution) I don’t have anything to compare to, but I didn’t want to look around comparing. Something nice to strengthen and stretch every now and again. A bit pricey, but I don’t feel the need to look around for a similar product.

A little big for me. May be better for the end of my toe spacing journey.
Toe Spacers ReviewI bought 3 different types of toe spacers by 4 different brands and will copy and paste this review under each product. They include the Vyce PrimalStep in sizes Sm/M, L, and XL which wrap around all the toes, the Mind Bodhi size L that also wrap around the outer toes, the Golbylicc size Med that do not have the outer toe wraparounds (similar to Correct Toes with similar reviews but way less expensive), and the Yoga Toes Gems for Men, the most expensive of the bunch.Quick review:I love them all but they do have distinct differences. The PrimalSteps (overall winners) and Mind Bodhi style are best for all purpose use. You can wear them barefoot, in regular or toe socks, in wide toe shoes, flip flops and huaraches. They are very soft, squishy and flexible, and they come in different sizes. The Golbylicc or Correct Toes style spacers are a much stiffer material with very little flexibility and work best with shoes and regular socks because the lack of outer toe wraps allows them to slip off more easily. The Yoga Toes Gems are best suited for lounging around watching TV or whatever. They are very stiff, with a large base that makes them difficult to walk in, and they give the biggest stretch out of them all. These seem like they are meant for people large feet who already have a decent gap between their toes or for people who have been wearing toe spacers for years, have met their splay goal, and just want a little extra stretch at the end of the day.A couple quick observations: Firstly, if you haven’t bought wide toe box shoes yet, do it now! There’s no point in spacing out your toes just to cram them back into the same shoes that caused the problem in the first place. If it’s the $80-$130 price point that’s stopping you, buy cheap brands. I got my Hobibears for $30-$40. I plan to also try Whitins and Saguros as well. IMO, they’re minimalist shoes so I expect them to wear out and need replacing often. I don’t see the need to drop $120 every time when the $30 brands offer the same features.Secondly, buy a brand toe spacer that has multiple sizes. Based on the measurements for the PrimalSteps, I should wear a large. However I could not get my toes into a large at first. I’m a size 10.5-11 with narrow feet and long, skinny, squished toes but no true bunion. After a few weeks with the Sm/M’s, I was able to fit into the large. After a month in the large, while wearing them, I could splay my toes wider than the spacers. So I moved to the extra large and feel I get the best stretch with them.Thirdly, I don’t think passively wearing toe spacers will yield much benefit. IMO, toes should be stretched out while they are being used. The old school of thinking was that to gain the most flexibility, a muscle should be stretched without any activation of that muscle. That might allow for a greater stretch but not better real world flexibility. Newer science tells us that greater flexibility is achieved by stretching the muscle while it’s under load and being activated. Kind of in the same way our toes became squished in the first place. It wasn’t by wearing tight shoes while laying on the couch. It was from walking around in tight shoes, day in and day out, year after year. Also, don’t expect results from wearing toe spacers alone. You need to be doing range of motion and strengthening exercises for your feet and toes as well. These, plus replacing your narrow shoes with wide toe shoes will give you the results you’re after.Lastly, WATCH OUT FOR PLANTAR WARTS! I haven’t seen any brands warning about this, but if you wear them outdoors barefoot or shower in communal showers or have open cuts on your feet or toes, you will be susceptible to plantar warts. It will completely stall your progress if you have to treat your wart for weeks or months. I suggest inspecting your skin often and washing your feet and spacers with soap and water at least once or twice a day minimum. In depth review:After wearing toe spacers for a few months now, I feel I have a better understanding of what I want from a toe spacer and how they should be used. IMO, the outer material that comes into contact with the skin should be soft and delicate with enough give that if I activate the muscles in my toes, they should be able to overcome the strength of the material, squishing in if I squeeze and stretching out if I splay. The material should give under this pressure. Inside the soft outer shell, should be a harder, denser material that should have a little give, but can also withstand the pressure of my toes wanting to come together, even with muscle activation. The PrimalStep XL does this well, but the smaller sized PrimalSteps and the Mind Bodhi size L tend to give in to my toe pressure when I actively squeeze. I noticed Vice has an adjustable PrimalStep with plug inserts for extra strength and stretch, but they are not available on Amazon at this time, and they do not come in XL, just a 4 pack with 2 S/M’s and 2 L’s. I don’t mind if they wear out quickly. I want that outer material to be a little flimsy because I’d rather it wear out instead of the skin on my toes. Just be mindful when putting them on, taking them off and wearing them barefoot on hard scratchy surfaces. At under $20 a pair, they’re still way cheaper than some other brands. I would try the Mind Bodhi in an XL if they ever offer it. After washing they will be become sticky, making them difficult to put on. Just sprinkle a little baby powder or corn starch on them and they’ll glide on easily. After wearing them a while and your toes have spaced out a bit, you’ll want them a little sticky to help keep them from sliding off.The Golbylicc Correct Toes style does have its purpose. If you’re on your feet all day and need something that won’t take up too much space in your shoes, these may work best. They offer very little toe splay so they might be better for someone just starting out. They are significantly stiffer than the other styles so expect to form calluses between your toes. Again, inspect your toes daily for signs of irritation or broken skin. Be patient and give your skin time to adapt.Yoga Toes Gems. I don’t know if it’s just me, but these really feel like they’re meant for seasoned toe splayers or those with huge feet and a decent natural toe gap. I can only wear them for an hour before my toes feel like they’re dislocating from the joint. Maybe i should have gotten the smaller size but these are what the manufacturer recommends according to my foot measurements. Once I’m happy with my toe splay and no longer wear spacers all day, I plan to wear these while lounging around for a little extra stretch or to maintain flexibility.
