Loud, doesn’t seem to collect much dust if any
I was really excited for this but I’m not convinced it’s doing anything to cut down on the dust. I have a callus remover drill and there’s a ton of dust when I use it so I was hoping to see the dust get sucked down into it. The dust gets pushed around a little but doesn’t exactly seem to gravitate towards the machine. I’m not sure how close you truly need to be to the machine for it to suck up dust but I’ve you need to be right up over it by a few inches that’s kind of obnoxious because it’s extremely loud. I only had my foot hovering about 18″ or so over it. I have a wrist rest that I was planning to use in conjunction with this, so if I do nails for a friend we could sit this right under wrist rest while I file and all the dust would be wicked away, but then I think it would be too loud to chat normally with it running. The cord for it is also maybe 3.5 or 4 feet in length which could definitely cause some placement problems depending on whatever set up you happen to have. I already know it won’t reach the table I wanted to use it at so I would need to figure out a power strip and extension cord set up and I’ll be worried about creating a fire hazard issue at that rate. Also, when you turn it on it automatically starts out on the highest setting which I find odd. I feel as though most electrical appliances start out on the lowest setting first and you can gradually increase power as needed but with this you will need to decrease power. The buttons are easy to use at least and the filter is easy to remove, although I don’t know where you would get replacements when needed. Perhaps this company sells more filters and I just haven’t researched that well enough yet. I’ll likely find a brush to gently clean it out with if it ends up needing it. It didn’t seem to collect any dust yet though because I would assume if it did then some of it would have flown off when I removed the filter and tapped it off against my wastebasket, but there wasn’t anything at all on the filter. If I happen to notice a good bit of a difference with the dust collection in the future I’ll update this but as of now I’m not impressed. The packaging made it appear to be very high quality and while it seems as though it’s got a lot of power behind it I just don’t think it’s helpful at cutting down on the dust in the air.Btw do I know my house is a mess in the video? Yes, but this is an Amazon review so I’m not here to impress haha.

Nail Dust Collector
I do Dip nails on myself at home. I use an efile to remove the old dip color. This is very messy and causes dust to go everywhere. I have used several nail dust collectors in the past and this one actually appears to catch the most dust of any that I have used. I like that there is 3 different fan settings. I used the middle setting and I would say that 85% of the dust was contained. One thing about these type of collectors is that they do require you to be in close proximity to the machine in order for the dust to actually get sucked into the machine. The only disappointment that I had with this particular dust collector is that it does not have a wrist rest, which makes using it and keeping my hand close enough for it to have maximum effectiveness difficult.This product, like all other dust collectors that I’ve used, is noisy. You are sitting very close to a high powered fan. I tolerate this because it makes clean up much easier and limits the dust in the air. This is easy to clean. There is a magnetic top grate which covers the filter. You simply need to remove the grate, remove the filter, and tap the filter into the garbage to clean. This product does appear to be fairly sturdy.This dust collector can be used with any type of nail color that is removed by filing.At almost $40, I do not think this is the best value for a dust collector. I would be happier with this product if it was priced less and/or included a wrist rest.

Loud, but gets the job done!
I do my nails at home as well as various crafts which involve micro sanding, and was looking for something to keep the dust away. This nail dust collector is incredibly easy to use, and user-friendly. It is durable, and surprisingly easy to clean. I love how it has different speeds, and the highest one seems to function the best for my needs.The downside is the sound. It is loud. so much louder than I expected, so keep that in mind.Overall it is a great value for the money, especially being able to do your nails at home. I highly recommend!

NAIL DUST COLLECTOR HAS GOOD SUCTION
This AIRSEE nail dust collector made a noticeable difference the first time it was turned on. The suction is strong enough to actually pull in acrylic and gel dust instead of letting it float everywhere, which keeps the workspace much cleaner. It runs powerful without being unbearably loud, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming during longer manicure sessions. The surface is comfortable to rest hands on.

Loud but decent suction when used in close proximity
I ordered this for my GF who likes to do her nails on the kitchen island and make a mess everywhere. She told me her nail lady had one and how well it worked so I was hopeful that she would make this a part of her regular routine at home. I should have guessed that it would need to be perfect for her to prioritize reducing the mess over convenience and comfort. The dust collector is obviously easy to use. Plug it in, set the speed level, and file your nails over top of it (the closer, the better). However, it is rather loud if you’re listening to something on your phone nearby while using at the most effective higher speed. Headphones may be a solution to that problem but what do I know? It works reasonably well at the higher speed. Obviously there will still be a mess to cleanup but the point is reducing dust in the house and it does do that. The size seems perfectly adequate. I think the color is awful and makes it seem like a cheap kids toy but I am snobbish about my electronics and there were no other color choices available when ordering. The biggest problem with this device is that she doesn’t use it consistently, and while I don’t think that’s a fault of the device, I’m told it isn’t her fault either. Maybe we can gift it to her nail lady in exchange for a discount.

Helpful for doing nails at home
I’ve been using this nail dust collector while doing my nails at home and it actually works pretty well. It helps collect most of the dust when filing acrylic or gel nails, which makes the workspace much cleaner.The suction is strong enough for home use and the fan runs smoothly. I also like the design and color — the pink looks really nice on the desk. It’s compact and doesn’t take up too much space.It’s not completely silent, but the noise level is reasonable for a dust collector like this. Overall it’s a useful tool if you do your nails regularly and want to keep the dust under control
