Not safe to walk in but….
These gel socks work but they are not safe to walk in. They do not slip and the non-slip sole works well. The problem is that the gel inside feels like it rolls around making walking in them wobbly and my feet kind of roll when I try to walk in them. They fit fine and soften and moisturize well. They wash nicely but do not put them in the dryer.That do work well though if worn in bed and overnight which is not what I wanted because I do not want anything on my feet when sleeping. Between the slipperiness and my preference to sleep without socks, I rarely use them.To be fair, I believe any gel sock will do the same. Occasionally after a shower I moisturize and wear them when I know I can sit for an hour or so but I take them off if I have to get up. I tried wearing them inside large house shoes but my foot still rolls on the gel even with shoes on over them. They are thick so not especially comfortable in the shoes and because of the gel they are hard to get on and off. Inside the socks ‘stick’ trying to get on and off. Because of this I rarely put them back on after I take them off.If you want to wear them in bed they work great but they are NOT safe to walk in. I only kept them because I do use them when I can be safe in them and they soften calluses and and the overall feet but I personally would not buy them again.

These are men’s socks? Maybe if a man has toddler feet then yeah. These are so small maybe like a size 5 in women’s. These are going back very disappointed.

So when I came across these moisturizing gel socks I thought I would give them a try.You get 4 pairs of silicone gel socks. They are individually wrapped so they can be easily gifted. It says Men’s but I wear a shoe size 7.5 female and they fit almost perfectly with not much extra room. The socks are a little stretchy but not a whole lot. They are slightly difficult to put on. I found turning them inside out then starting at the tips of your toes and roll them down works best for me. The silicone inside the socks feels thick and kinda oily. I thought it was just a silicone barrier in the soto help retain moisture but it says they have thermoplastic gel that Gathering Rich BeautyPlant Essential oils so that sounds like there is a moisturizing gel inside the socks.I thought I would wear these at night after slathering on foot lotion or cream but once they are on you don’t really want to walk around. The socks have textured little foot grips on the bottoms but they really do not do much of anything. The socks are still super slippery and I feel like I may slip with every step. They also bunch up if you have to walk around while using them so if I wear them again I plan on using them once I am basically done for the day and don’t have to worry about trying to gingerly walk around.The socks are black booties with little white feet grips all along the bottoms. Again, they are supposed to be anti-slip but they don’t feel anti slip to me. The silicone gel is oily so be careful where you set the socks down. I set them down on a card board box for a few minutes and the socks left oil stains. The product page also says that they are washable but I would only hand wash them and let them air dry.I really wanted to like these socks but I do not like the way they feel on my feet. I also do not like how it’s hard to walk around while wearing them. Also I have pets and these socks are a magnet to pet hair and lint. Overall it is a decent set of 4 pairs of silicone gel socks and if you have really dry feet and need more than just lotion or cream these should help. I just recommend to wait to put the socks on until you can just sit and not have to worry about waking around at all.
