How cute! This set has everything you need to make a little customizable cat eye nail polish designs. I like how it came with multiple little thingies to try out, and how easy it was. I tried making these with paper clips myself a while ago, but it was so hard. Out of the package this was working perfectly the first time. Everything is high-quality, And I have zero complaints. This is adorable and a total lifesaver!

The heart forms don’t work at all, the bunny ears work a little bit just not easily, but the other magnets work well for me.

Very Hard Set To Rate Because Some Are Great, And Others Are Not
To start with, it’s important to mention the HUGE variations in how well (or not well) different magnetic polishes work. Especially when I have purchased sets of 6 or so magnetic polishes, often only 2 or 3 actually work. So, please don’t blame yourself if you’re new at this. If you are having issues, it may be the magnetic polish that is the issue, not you. If you’re new, reading the long version will hopefully help you in some way.Let’s summarize first for those of you who have done this before and don’t want to read this long review!😂1. The biggest wooden magnet works FANTASTICALLY Well (1st photo)!2. The stick magnet works PERFECTLY (Photos 2-4)!3. The 2 skinny black magnet sticks (photos 5 and 6) you will need 2 or 3 coats of magnetic polish to make it look great.4. The animal ears magnet and heart magnet hardly work at all.So, in closing, I am Super Glad that I got this set because it’s better in several ways that other magnetic tools I have. But if I decide that I really want to use an animal ears magnet or the heart magnet, I will have to purchase them from another seller.Here are the details for the detail minded:let’s start with the positives:1. The large wooden magnet is the strongest magnet I have used. I like how the sides are flat so that it stays where you place it and doesn’t roll off the table. You can see how fantastically well it works just being placed at the side of the nail. I prepped the nail with a base coat, black color coat, then used the best magnetic polishes I have for these examples.2. The stick magnet works incredibly well as you can see by the second, 3rd, and 4th photo. The second photo shows you the 1st of 4 steps I did to create these magnetic polish lines. The 3rd photo shows you how I place the magnet stick skinny side up to create a vertical line, and the 3rd photo shows you the group of 3 cat eye lines completed. Instructions are at the bottom if you are interested in doing this technique.Neutral:3. The 2 skinny magnetic sticks I tried using together in photo 5 to create an S pattern. You can see the result in photo 6 in green. If I added a second and maybe even a third layer of magnetic polish (curing between), this could have looked really good. But that is extra work.Negatives:4. The seventh photo using the animal ear magnet wouldn’t work on ANY of my magnetic polishes except for one cat eye polish here. It is the strongest nail gel I have used but the color is more flat. It’s a different look (I tried to put the brand names of the 3 best cat eye polishes I have tried but Amazon would not publish my review😢). These were the strongest polishes ever because you can actually see the ears but we still can’t see the head.5. In photo 8, you see me trying the heart magnet. This is the VERY best I could do with a very strong magnetic polish to create the cat eye look. Yet, the heart is barely visible in the golden yellow nail gel.Instructions for the 3 lines photo #4:1st: Put on a Base coat, cure, and add a black color gel, and cure.2nd: add gold/yellow magnetic polish, place magnetic stick skinny side up, cure.3rd: add blue magnetic polish, place magnet stick skinny side up, then cure.4th: add green MP, place magnet, then cure.5th: Add top coat over all, and cure.Note: It’s Super Important to cure immediately after using the magnet on each nail because the magnetic pieces in the magnetic gel fall over (don’t shine anymore) if you wait so the cat eye look disappears slowly, and will be effected when you use the magnet on the next finger.*** It is also important to mention that whenever you see all the magnetic particles fall down leaving little or no shine, simply take your magnetic nail polish, don’t put on more polish on the brush, and simply brush your nails again. I did this many times while creating these examples for you.
