    Works very well. I love the smoother skin results.

    This laser hair remover actually works. I’m a skeptic so I wasn’t sure these things would work but it does. It takes patience to get through the first couple of months and diligently out in the time. A quick shave would be easier but after two months I noticed much less and finer hair. Trying it out the guest time took a leap for me because I didn’t know what to expect. I have fair skin and dark hair which is perfect for this but also means that I have to use a level 5. The first time it zaps is startling because I expected a painful shock but it wasn’t all that bad. It’s much less than I imagined. It took me more than 10 minutes to do all three body shave areas. Be sure to shave first. You don’t have to shave immediately before, just make sure that the hair isn’t stubbly to the feel. Also make sure your wear sunglasses or something to protect your eyes from the bright flashes. The instructions are clear and only take one session to get used to. The cooling feature is great and keeps the unit from feeling hot on the skin. Oh, and the automatic mode is great. Auto mode just keeps the zap going at a steady pace while it’s touching the skin. It’s a nice feature. Great product and I love the smoother skin!

    Excellent

    My original laser removal device is a Braun and I love it, but I’ve read that ti has a limited number of pulses that it can produce. As it’s nearing the end of its life I ordered this to try. So for reference, I’ve been doing home laser removal for several years, and this is being used for maintenance. My original cycle was to shave and use the laser once a week, then after you’ve used it long enough you can reduce to once a month. It doesn’t help to use it more than once a week, because you’re waiting for certain hairs to be in certain stages of the growth cycle, so the weekly use is to get ALL the hairs at varying points, until they’ve all been hit. The device is super easy to use. I’ve seen a lot of negative comments about the cord, but my old laser has a cord, so that’s not an issue for me. There is no discomfort for me, using this device, but again, I’m very used to the sensation of the laser, at full strength. I like the screen on this device, and feel that it’s easy to manipulate and work. I will help my Daugher to use this when she’s ready, I feel like it that gentle. For the money, this is a good quality device. Currently it’s listed at around $70, which is steal compared to most home units.

    Moderately effective; very bright light

    Moderately effective at removing hair with a very bright light. The unit comes with a direction pamphlet that is difficult to read and understand. The directions start off with a number of warnings and even though there are not easy to read they must be reviewed before use. The warnings discuss use of dark glasses (comes with the unit and are called goggles in the directions), need to shave if hair is above a certain height and the skin area must be cleaned. Health warnings include use by pregnant women (no!), those with heart disease, those with light sensitivity and other conditions along with use of certain drugs.The unit comes with a long cord with plug for an electrical outlet, dark glasses, a razor (called a scraper) and the direction pamphlet. The unit once turned on must be held at a 90 degree angle to the skin. The unit can run automatically by touch or the mode button can convert to manual use. The light produced is VERY bright and the glasses are highly recommended otherwise eye damage could result. A bright red light indicates that proper contact with the skin is made. The white light is also extremely bright. Again, the clarity of the directions means that you may want to read over several times or, better yet, go back to the product page and read everything there for a better understanding. The head can get hot so care must be taken. The unit does work but it may take some time to get used to how it functions.

    Takes time but does the work.

    This is a good device and saves you some money. BUT you have to be dedicated to actually using it as scheduled or it won’t do much. This isn’t a one time use thing. You need to use it a few times a week to have it actually work to remove the hair. Its easy to use but takes time. Just use the settings that work best for you and go to work. DO NOT use it over tattoos. I can burn and damage them. Besides that, its good.

    Managed expectations

    This device is easy to use. There are just a couple function buttons on the front of the device, it’s fairly straightforward simple design. There is a cooling part to it to keep your skin cool and comfortable, just keep in mind though that this has a varying level of effectiveness based on the fineness of coarseness of hair. As far as effectiveness, it doesn’t really work well right away, it’s more of an effectiveness that happens over time. So you will need to consistently use it for the best results. Overall the value is fine and if you are looking for a removal product, I think it would be fair to give this unit a trry.

    Couldn’t figure this out. For me it wasn’t easy to use. It’s either it doesn’t work for me or I’m just missing something on how to operate it.

    Nice gadget !

    Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) hair removal is not a new area of tech. Have seen many devices but mostly lack quality or felt unsafe. This unit from Herbishh feels better quality for the price.Has a digital display and support 5 intensity levels .Support both manual for sensitive area like face and auto which is helpful for bigger body parts like arms and legs. There are included instructions. Easy to use esp if you have used such devices before. Incl pair of safety goggles , razor and charger. Shave before use and apply perpendicular. Results are clean, nearly painless and safe. Notice visibly reduce hair growth after. No major callouts. Nice gadget to try out !

    Good quality but results yet to be seen

    For someone like me who is used to using non-professional IPL devices, this didn’t particularly stand out. For the price, of course, I expected better quality, and indeed, the quality is there. The device and charger don’t feel cheap at all, and the build feels sturdy.What’s new for me is the cooling feature, which makes it more comfortable to use. I also appreciate that the flash is slightly faster than other IPL devices I’ve used, though the process is still time-consuming. I don’t mind that, as I prefer at-home treatments over salon visits.In terms of other features, it’s similar to my previous models: it’s not cordless, it has five adjustable intensity levels, and it offers an automatic flash mode if you hold the button for two seconds. This makes treating large areas like the legs much easier.Now, the most important part, the results. I can’t say anything yet since I’ve just started using it, but I’m hopeful, and there’s a reason for that: at the highest intensity it will burn thin hairs, just like the salon ipl lasers. I plan to use it regularly, 2–3 times a week, and will update my experience over time. For now, I’m giving it a 5/5
