Perguntas frequentes
As dúvidas que mais recebemos sobre compra, prazo e impostos.
O produto é original?
Sim — original, novo e lacrado.
- 1 a 3 dias úteis — transporte internacional EUA → Brasil
Consigo acompanhar a entrega?

Soft, Nourishing Conditioner That Doesn’t Weigh Hair Down
I’ve been using the Native Restoring Conditioner in Bare Melon for my combination hair, and it’s been a great addition to my hair care routine. It provides the right amount of moisture for my dry ends without leaving my roots feeling heavy or greasy. One of the biggest benefits for me is how gentle it is on my sensitive scalp. Since it’s hypoallergenic, I haven’t experienced any irritation or discomfort, which can be hard to find in hair care products. The Bare Melon scent is light, fresh, and pleasant without being overwhelming. The conditioner has a rich, creamy texture that spreads easily through the hair and rinses clean. After each use, my hair feels softer, smoother, and easier to detangle. It also helps reduce frizz while maintaining natural volume and bounce. The 18 fl oz bottle is generously sized and offers excellent value for the price. Overall, this is a fantastic conditioner for anyone with combination hair and scalp concerns who wants lightweight hydration and a gentle formula for sensitive skin. I would definitely purchase it again.

Thick but goes through pump, not waxy. mild scent, hair clean not greasy.
Generous with my 5-star: my only “con” was that there was no tamper-resistant measures on the bottle.since it is not boxed, there is no way to secure the bottle being untwisted to access contents.but the PRO’s out-weighed the CON’s.the pro comments:the texture was more like a thick face cream, not waxy. not greasy.once applying to my hair, I did not have waxy/greasy residue on my hands.scent was distinctive as melon, but not too sweet. and honestly, I didn’t smell much residual scent in my hair.I did not over-apply. I applied only to the tips of my hair, when this is intended for scalp as well.for me, I am waiting for the dry winter months, when I notice my skin dryer.I will mention, that I am a “senior” and only in the past few years have I wised up that I didn’t need to actually wash my hair and scalp daily. I now basically wash every other day. and if using a deeper clarifying shampoo, sometimes go 3 days between wash.sometimes I apply conditioner to my dry hair PRIOR to the shower/shampoo process. applying to dry hair allows the oils in the product to soak into the hair before the hair is saturated with water from the “wash” process.my hair has a mild natural curl to it. rather than weighing down my hair, my hair actually seemed to curl more naturally. again, I applied from my ears down, and basically only do a shampoo of my scalp area.I usually am very unimpressed with conditioner, and rare I give a 5-star.PRO: the entire full and complete ingredient list was disclosed on the ad page.the source of the “naturally derived ceramides” was not disclosed, but from internet search, natural ceramides are typically plant based oils like argan oil, shea butter, sweet almond oil, etc. and I actually do love natural oils.again, I did not use a lot to make hair oily.and typically, ceramides go on skin, not hair, BUT there are many hair oil blends that are just that: oils you put in your hair, just not called ceramides.so I’m all about this!I didn’t think the price point was too high off some junky waxy chemical-based conditioners you can buy.I don’t often say it, but I totally would consider buying this again, if the price point does not go up too much

A Clean, Lightweight Conditioner for Coarse Curly Hair
This is silicone-free and sulfate-free, so curly girl method (CGM) followers can take note. I’ve wanted to try Native’s hair products for a while, and this was a good place to start.FormulaThis is a genuinely clean, well-formulated conditioner. It relies on fatty alcohols (stearyl and cetyl alcohol), avocado oil, and glutamic acid as an amino-acid conditioning agent to smooth hair without leaving behind heavy, greasy buildup.Listing DiscrepancyThe ingredient list on the Amazon product listing appears to be for shampoo, not this conditioner. I’ve included a photo of the real ingredient list from the bottle so you can make an informed decision based on what’s actually inside.ScentThe melon scent is pleasant and true to the product name. It’s not strong, and it doesn’t linger, which is exactly what I prefer. I dislike products that leave a strong scent in my hair I have to smell all day.PerformanceThis is a great clean-rinsing option for my coarse, thick-stranded curly hair when I don’t want a heavier conditioner weighing things down. Leaves my hair soft and manageable, without greasiness.PackagingI don’t normally comment on packaging, but this one earns some praise. The pump is wider than most shampoo and conditioner pumps, which makes it much easier to dispense product with wet, slippery hands. That small detail makes a real difference in everyday use.ValueAt $18 for 18 oz, this seems totally reasonable to me for a conditioner of this quality.TL;DR: A clean, silicone- and sulfate-free conditioner that rinses light while still smoothing coarse curly hair. Pleasant, non-lingering melon scent and a thoughtful pump design. Note that the Amazon listing currently shows shampoo ingredients, not this product’s. See the photo I took of the ingredient list from the bottle if you are an ingredient nerd like me.5/5 – Clean formula, pleasant scent, and a standout pump design, all at a reasonable price.

I like what it does for my hair and I like the smell a lot.
I don’t usually use hair conditioner but I’m trying to meet a woman so I thought, “Why not?” If I can’t make myself better looking maybe I can make my hair look better. And I ordered this conditioner because it says it’s for sensitive skin which I have. I get rashes from many commercial body care products. So I got this and surprise, the bottle looks nice. So if you curate your shower this is a good one for you.I don’t need to use much conditioner and it rinses out easily because it’s not greasy. I’m not getting rashes so it passed that test. I love the smell. Maybe they should sell just the fragrance. And is my hair looking better? Yes though it’s subtle. It’s shinier in that it reflects light a bit more but not greasy looking. And I think it’s a bit softer though I’m not used to checking that.I like the description of the ingredients. And I like the list of what’s not in this. It looks like they really care about making health enhancing effective products.Considering I only need to use a small amount I think the price is good.

Very thick Deep Conditioning Crème-some melon scent
We re a curly haired family and co dirtier cannot last at all in our home. We thrive on thick creamy conditioners and use it to tame the various curls patterns and hair textures over here. It’s our best hair friend.Native is a brand that I trust as a mom who looks for products that are as natural and organic as possible with no parades and other harsh chemicals. While I never tried this particular formulation of Native Conditioner, we never shy away from New products that help tame our curls .The ingredients seem pretty benign with ingredients that I could recognize and not full of most of the harsh chemicals one may find in hair products today, and that it is a sensitive skin formulation with almost no allergens really spoke to me as my kids have very sensitive skin and are prone to allergies. A cleaner version of anything is what I am geared towards. Also, the texture of the conditioner was quite thick and emollient which is a plus for curls that tend to dry out faster.I did notice that this product was advertised as a fruit version- rare melon so because the kids are also very sensory I was a bit hesitant but figured I’d try but anyway as the benefits seemed to outweigh the potential scent concerns. There is a fruity smell which isn’t extremely overpowering but it’s definitely there and while I don’t think it’s a hard no for us, it just seems a bit co fusing to advertise so strongly as anti allergy but to include a fruit smell as opposed to making it unscented which would have been ideal . My son did say it was strong but not terrible. Not whatnot like to hear but for the other benefits and considering how fast we run through conditioner it was worth it.If smells do not bother you at all this is a 100% win.

Smells AMAZING and works beautifully at moisturizing hair
While I do wish there was more information provided about how the fragrance is derived in this conditioner, I’m absolutely obsessed with the way that it smells. It reminds me of a cucumber melon smell I was obsessed with in bath products as a kid growing up in the 90s. I wish I could just pump this scent through my house and love how its smell stays lightweight in my hair after using this conditioner and the coordinating shampoo from Native.I have really sensitive skin so I was pleased that this conditioner didn’t irritate my skin or scalp at all. Sometimes you have to trade off clean ingredients for product effectiveness, but this conditioner is “crunchy” approved in both areas. My hair feels moisturized without being weighed down, so it’s really effective. The bottle is easy to handle and slim enough for my small shower. The pump works great with no issues getting the product out. While it is more costly than some conditioners, it’s really affordable in price compared to truly natural and non toxic bath and body products on the market.

Conditioner That Balances Without Being Too Heavy
This conditioner is made for combination hair and scalp, so it is meant to moisturize and nourish without leaving the hair feeling like you just coated it in a layer of something. It contains naturally derived ceramides to help support the hair’s moisture barrier and avocado oil for conditioning. The formula is free of silicones, sulfates, parabens, dyes, phthalates and MIT, and was developed with sensitive skin and scalp in mind. The Bare Melon scent is hypoallergenic and free of 81 known fragrance allergens, but it is still a scented product, which is worth knowing if fragrance is a dealbreaker for you.It comes in a generous 18 oz bottle, and I like having a matching shampoo and conditioner designed for the same hair and scalp needs instead of trying to mix and match different formulas.Native Restoring Conditioner for combo hair and scalp, Bare Melon, for sensitive skin, Hypoallergenic, 18 FL Oz

Bad smell
It smells like cantaloupe and/or musk melon, but also the worst parts of the scent. Kinda like a rotting melon. Certainly no watermelon scent. It’s a smell that’s pretty strong and not necessarily good.I don’t know how Native managed to think this was a desirable scent. Apparently some other reviewers like it, but I certainly don’t. I’ve smelled worse things, but I don’t want my hair to smell like rotting melons all day.As a conditioner, it works great! Which is a real shame, because it doesn’t smell good.I love Native products, and most of them smell great, but not this one.
