Works ok.
These nail art pens are okay overall, but they take some practice to use. The fine tip is nice for detail work, but the ink flow can be inconsistent, which makes clean lines a bit tricky at times.The colors are bright and there’s a good variety, and they do dry fairly quickly once applied. They’re also waterproof and last reasonably well on nails.However, they can be a bit difficult to control, especially for beginners, and it’s easy to end up with uneven lines or blotchy spots if you’re not careful.Overall, they’re decent for the price and fine for casual nail art, but they’re not the easiest tools to work with.

Just not sure how I feel about these
Recently, I picked up this nail art pin set as my daughters are very much into designing their nails. Well, I can say that they work fairly well, they do feel a little bit cheap and globby when it comes to use an application when designing nails.You get 12 different colors which offer a nice variety, but the pins are kind of cheap and seemed to either run out too quick or are just a bit cumbersome to use.They come in at a decent price range, and would be good for a little kids instead of grown adults. Overall, they’re fun for what they are, but I think there’s probably a better product out there.

The fact that they are so easy to clean up is really nice. They’re great for pros or beginners. Along with that the price is affordable. I’ll buy these again.

Absolutely need a good quality clear coat over this paint, but these colors POP! the pens works really well once you get them started. Just make sure not to shake them too much after you get them going, otherwise you’ll have paint spittle everywhere. Easy to use, and fun to work with. Very giftable, and the kids love using these on mommy’s nails LOL!

I can find no reason not to give these 5 stars. I was actually surprised how nice these are and how well they work with no detectable odor!I tried them out on these tiny heart rocks and my own nails.I did notice a couple of things,The paint tends to spread out a little before it gets dried and it does dry really fast and it feels kind of nappy, not smooth and i think if you want it to really last, you definitely need a sealer over what ever you create. Also surprising is how well it adheres to bare nails, i thought it would wash right off and it doesn’t , so needless to say i was stuck with some crazy designs on my nails for a day before it started wearing off. I didn’t seal it. I was just testing the pens. They do have a nice fine metal point and the paint does flow smoothly . My suggestion is to give a gentle shake and like on a piece of cardboard or paper (have a paper towel handy) get each one primed and going by pressing them down on a hard surface. That is the way i did it and the pale pink one released a little to much ink. But, i was ready for that. I did notice the red was not a deep red but more of a tomato red and last but not least, there’s no where to put the caps! They don’t fit on the back end. What worries me is, i hope no one puts them in their mouth. Something to be aware of. Small children should probably be supervised, so no one inhales the cap and there is a warning on the box. I think it is a good product overall and works well and you could use these to decorate all kinds of things around the house. Fun stuff.

I didn’t find the tip to be “ultra thin” when the paint came out
Once you get the ink flowing in these pens, they are generous with the ink. In fact, a little too generous in my opinion. I was trying to draw a star on my 13 year old granddaughter’s fingernail and found the ink coming out a bit too fast for her smaller nail. So while yes, these are ultra-fine tips, they still have a good amount of ink coming out. I just assumed these were permanent markers but that is not the case if you do not seal the nail. I used the marker over gel nails with a set gel top coat. Within hours, the paint wore off my granddaughter’s nail and she didn’t even have her hands in any water. So, if you want your artwork to be permanent on the nail, you MUST seal them.
