These Clippers Are Basically the Jaws of Life
Heavy duty is an understatement. These Bioudell ingrown toenail clippers feel like mini jaws of life. Extremely sharp and strong. I was able to trim thick toenails with zero struggle and they felt completely in control.The angled design makes it easy to get the right cut without hurting yourself. Build quality is solid and they don’t bend or flex while cutting.If you deal with thick or stubborn toenails these are the ones to get. Durable, precise, and surprisingly satisfying to use.

Bioudell 2Pcs Wide Jaw Nail Clippers >> black. very heavy. decently sharp. odd size.
these are SO HEAVY. like… these are the heaviest nail clippers i have ever encountered.the parts you grip are either made from or covered with a textured plastic so that’s nice, it makes them not as slippery to hold onto as the normal all-chrome-metal kind.but again, so heavy.the way they are shaped, near the cutting portion, means they can’t get in close to the skin for things like snagging cuticles or hangnails. at least, not for me.but i cracked the edge of a nail working in the yard this afternoon and used the nail clippers to cut it down and they worked perfectly fine for that. a nice cut — my nails tend to peel sometimes if i use dull clippers and that didn’t happen with these.now the other pair, the ones i was most excited to get, with the angled edge? they… have some metal shavings stuck on the inside of the blades. so until i can figure out how to get in there with a metal file, i’m not gonna risk using them.both pairs have an odd hinge. which on one hand means they can be folded really flat and made somewhat safer.on the other is… i dunno. over-engineered.there’s a chrome metal loop that comes folded down flat. and there’s no spring or tension in the clippers.open them up all the way, flip the chrome metal loop-y thing in the other direction and that is what makes the tension in the clippers.now these were advertised as toenail clippers… and they’re probably fine for that.but they’re only slightly larger than the standard Revlon nail clippers i was using to compare these with.the toenail clippers i havae are quite a bit larger than these. to me, these are just a nicer size for standard clippers.and while they’ll work just fine for my toes… if someone needs the longer length of the clippers because they’re not bendy enough, then the smaller size of these would be a problem. and again, did i mention that they’re super heavy?

Sharp, Heavy Duty, Easy to Use
I’m reviewing Bioudell Ingrown Toenail Wide Jaw Nail Clippers, Heavy Duty Angled Cutters for Thick Toenails, Professional Stainless Steel Tools, 2Pcs.These clippers are heavy duty and easy to grasp and use.The front portion is made of heavy duty metal, and the edges are sharp and perfectly aligned. The handles are made of hard plastic with just a little texture so they’re not slick. These handles are securely attached and should hold up well over time. I found the texture of the plastic material and shape made them easy to handle and use. It took reasonable effort to trim thick toenails.The spring action works a bit differently than most nail clippers I’ve used. It’s a heavy wire loop that flips into place (see photo). I was a bit confused at first, but once I figured it out, it’s easy to rotate into place for use, and I found it more convenient than the normal twisting to open conventional clippers.This is a set of two clippers, one with an angled edge and the other is straight across with a gentle curve.At the current price of $7.87, that comes out to $3.94 per clipper which I find to be a reasonable value. I would buy these again.As a side note, these Bioudell Ingrown Toenail Wide Jaw Nail Clippers are made in China.

• strong climbers but kind of expected a little more• while these are fairly strong the handles feel relatively cheapyou have to pull down the spring yourself to get them ready for action which eh, personally not my favorite but it’s not difficult so not an inconvenience• they do work very well!!

Very sharp!
This set of 2 clippers are very sharp! They have a nice weight to them and are made very well. Be very careful when using them due to them being so sharp and that you can put too much of your nail into the clipper. I didnt realize how open or deep I guess you can say that they are and how much you can cut off at a time. I have nerve damage in my feet and didnt feel I was taking to much off and I had the end of my toe inside the clipper. I cut off the whole tip of my toe with one clamp down. Ouch! Be sure to have help if you have issues like I do so accidents dont happen. One hundred percent my fault for trying to stay independent and do stuff myself. I really do like this set of clippers. They are top notch and the best set I’ve ever had. I guess I was use to cheap quality and didnt expect that these clippers would be so great! I really believe you can’t find a better set. I do recommend but be prepared for them to be very sharp!

Sturdy, well-made pair of nail clippers
Arrival and First Impression: The item was packed appropriately and arrived undamaged. Its appearance, including color and size, are as shown and described in the item description. The item was also visibly brand new, with no evidence of being a returned item.Features: These are heavy-duty toenail clippers. They have a sharp edge and come with both straight and angled blades. They come with a wire “spring” to help guide the movement. I was pleasantly surprised to see it. I have only seen that kind of wire on cuticle nippers to help with the cutting motion. They also have pretty wide handles, with nice, thick black plastic.These should cut through most of the thickest toenails with ease. I wasn’t able to use the angled blade to help with my ingrown toenail, but that is due to my anatomy and is not a fault of the clippers. They are easy to use with a smooth cutting motion. For normal straight cutting to nails, they worked perfectly.I like these. I have had a number of nail clippers over my life and these are some of the best. You would think that it’s hard to improve on a very simple technology, but these feel like a luxury or spa type of implement. They will be good additions to your foot maintenance. If you’re looking to replace old or worn clippers, these are a good value for the price.
